Hotel Bhimas

i stayed in Hotel Bhima from 23rd nov 24 at 2 pm and vacated on 24h Nov 2024 10 AM. 1. no bedsheets provided. 2. requested a few minutes, after return from my dharshan in the evening, to change our clothes. The receptionist by name Velu adamantly refused to give 5 minutes of time for changing the clothes even though at that time there were 3 to 4 rooms were vacant. the other reception lady was looking sorrowful when she was talking to us. I believed Hotel Bhima but it is horrible. I will never stay again. Please refrain from staying from this uncourteous hotel.

Not sure even Y they had the restaurant open when they don’t want to serve stopped by to have lunch with the family waited for 15 min but no one showed up to take the order even though the restaurant was not that busy

Horrifying service. Booked the room 2 months in advance and yet, they charged us extra. There are good rooms but I don't know on what basis they discriminate, but they will give the worst room possible, with no drinking water, no hot water no clean room. They act entitled and expect customers to oblige to their ridiculous demands and pay the price. After reading this review if you still plan to book a room in this hotel, you have my condolences 🙏

മലയാളികൾ ദയവായി പോകരുത്, വളരെ മോശം ആണ് ബാത്രൂം, സർവീസ് ഒക്കെ Legacy doesn't long last, they are cheating people with their old legacy, hot drinking water is not available, i was travelling with my 11 month old baby, i requested for piping hot water to prepare, nan milk for my baby, they denied it, the restaurant manager denied good hot water, i expressed my frustation to reception boy, he told if u have a kid u should carry electro kettle. These people are cheating and denying service to pilgrims in the name of lord venkatesa Arrogance is primary business , god venkatesa is just a marketing tool for them

Worst ever service are provided at hotel. If you would like to have lunch at 1pm visit at 9 am morning and order food which will be served for dinner @ 8 PM. No use with discussing with the manager, he project like very supportive dont get confused with his behavior, he halds and knows only to nod his head. Kindly avoid this resturant if ur in a hurry.

Waste of money. Room is full of mosquitoes even in AC. Worst service and management. Requested many times just for a spray for mosquitoes and room. No complementary at all even a water bottle. Just a prime location is the reason for Rooms may get occupied. Food average. Bedsheets are worse . I dont recommended at all.

Very near to railway station. Prices are a bit high for the facilities. It has a restaurant also. The food was delicious
