HOTEL RAMG

One of the worst hotel and night I ever had in my entire life. Where do I begin with this hotel? From the moment we stepped into our room, we were engulfed in a wave of musty odors. The stench coming from the bathroom was unbearable, as if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out in years. It made our stomachs churn just being in there. And let's talk about the linens, shall we? They were disgustingly stained, with mystery marks and hairs that made us question if they had ever been washed. It was an absolute nightmare to sleep on those dirty sheets. The lack of hot water was a constant inconvenience. Nothing is more frustrating than stepping into a freezing cold shower, expecting some warmth, but instead being met with icy water. It's basic for any hotel to provide this basic necessity, and this hotel failed miserably. To make matters worse, the fan in our room didn't have a speed regulator. It was either a hurricane or nothing. Trying to get any sleep with the deafening noise of the fan was impossible. We might as well have had a tornado inside our room. Don't even get me started on the lack of basic amenities. There was no bell to contact the front desk, meaning we had to go down the stairs every time we needed assistance. And speaking of the front desk, the intercom was like a useless piece of decoration. Not works. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. The stinky bathroom, dirty linens, lack of hot water, non-regulated fan, and dysfunctional intercom and bell made for an utterly miserable stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Decent hotel with basic amenities. It's close to railway station and located in commercial road. Rooms were clean, bed was arranged well, towels were provided. There was a small table and chair. TV had lot of channels. Hot water available all time Toilet was not that clean There is no parking space.

Room was not cleaned at all Stinking bathroom TV was not working We booked the hotel because of restaurant service but there is nothing there. Room boy is available from 8 am and get the tea from vendors standing outside railway station in polythene bag You should insist for A.C room otherwise, they may tell that you have booked non a.con. Room Only advantage is this next to rly station. 50 mtrs only

Room is smelly and has all stains. No parking place at all not even for a bike properly. You will find open drainage system welcoming you. TV doesn't work. No hit water. No towels. Thier response for anything is Damn slow.

Very dirty room and room services was very poor. For any urgency to contact room service, room land phone is not working.They didn't clean the linens and toilet before check in. We booked for two days but shifted the room trice in these days for different reasons. Sigar smell is too irritated in the corridor. They displayed some hotel rules and policies but they were not following any thing.

Nice hotel. Very clean rooms with AC with reasonable prices. Only one negative thing is there is no lock in the wash room in room no. 302 and the management should not enter in guest rooms without their permission even in their absence. Rest very good maintenance.

Co-operative and charming front desk staff. Neat and clean reception. Drunken room service boy. Strained bathroom tiles. Leaking toilet fittings. Plenty of mosquitos inside the room. Family of rats welcomed me at the reception. Reception staff assured us that they (rats) will not invade our privacy. No attached restaurant. Food was purchased outside and served to the inmates. The drinking water was served in the seal broken water bottles. Probably they buy the water in bulk and refilled and served to the customers. Instead they could have installed the water dispensing unit in each floor and we could have refilled our water bottles ourselves. Noisy neighbourhood because of the Vijayavada railway station.
