Worst Experience! Avoid This Hotel! We booked a room at this hotel and paid the amount in advance. When we reached around 11:30 PM, the staff denied us the room, citing an "electrical problem." However, it was obvious the hotel was running at full capacity. Upon questioning, they bluntly told us to contact customer care (from where we booked) and refused to assist further. It became clear that they had sold the room we booked because we arrived late at night. The staff's behavior was extremely rude, saying, "Do whatever you want, we don’t care," and even asked us to leave the hotel immediately. Such unprofessionalism and disregard for customers are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away to avoid ruining your plans and peace of mind.

The hotel is horrible to the worstest condition it can be starting from the lift / Servcie / rooms . Very shabby, dirty and toilets was dirtiest. Reception person in the morning denied to help and give early check in Very bad smell in rooms , reception and everywhere in the hotel. Horrible rooms , wash rooms didn’t have comfort seats. Beds and bed sheets very dirty and smelly. Overall dirtiest to zero level. Don’t go just because they are price is less as they are very very shabby and rude. Not worth even paying rs 500 for this rooms. Horrible. I wish I had an option to give zero level rating to this. The Servcie apartment was cleaner than this hotel.

Worst maintenance and worst behaviour by hotel management, when i check-in the room, I got the above experience which shows on the picture.. without proper cleaning they provide rooms for the next customers. and the cost they charged is extremely high for those rooms.. water facility also not good in the washroom. More than 6 hours in a day i waited for water in the washroom ..Completely worst experience 👎👎👎👎 Lodge stay is even better than this hotel . Caution: Don't go by being attracted to the hotel name & logo 😂 Only the outside is luxuries but not the inside !!!

The stay was very good, but the receptionist was quite rude. She doesn't seem to know how to speak with customers. I believe the hotel management should provide training to their staff on basic etiquette and how to properly respect customers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The bed sheets were dirty and no one is ready to listen as the boys are not trained and they don't know how to treat the guests, and it was evident that no one had made the bed properly. And when I asked the response it's like that only and surprisingly another response was why to clean daily and make the bed, cleaning lady was saying we dononly after checkout, The overall hygiene of the room was poor. This is really a bad hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They should call it as a Lodge instead of Hotel, This hotel was managed by only one lady and she seems to be collecting the money rather taking care of the guests comfort and arrangment. This was my experience only others may have different experience Location of the hotel/lodge is good

AC, fans and lights - they work thankfully.|No parking|No restaurant|No cleaners, bathrooms reminded me of public toilets. Apparently cleaners not available because it is a Sunday. Guests must wait until 8am the following morning.|Room size fits just a mid-sized bed. Not intended for 2 people.|No soap nor shampoo|Blankets, pillows and mattress stink|No WiFi|No TV remote||I know this is not a luxury hotel but these items I have noted not exactly too much to ask for?

Most worst service i have experienced in any hotel. Even the hotel with lodge types set up are also good in services. Room phone is a waste. Tv dosent work and not even some one to repair. Dirty rooms. No room service

I never saw such a pathetic service.... Reception person is very rude...we r supposed to check in at 12PM...They gave us the room at 6PM...They said the room which is vacant is having some plumber work....But later they said we r giving someother room in other floor...Even that they have given after 4houre of long wait...I suspect something fishy....Not at all recommended....Even complimentary breakfast also been brought from road side bandi's...2Idly and 2vada...
