Had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The maintenance is very poor — broken taps, damaged door locks, and visible cracks in the room. The basement parking was especially bad — cramped, smelly, and not properly maintained. Definitely not worth the price until they fix these basic issues.

Even if there any 0 rating I would have give that, worst service after paying amount we need to beg them for food, they say food is not available, And it is not there in the packages even after seeing the voucher

Hospitality is not good, Rooms were never cleaned, asked for basic items such as towels, soaps, shampoo were never provided. Hot water facility was not available. Whenever reported to the hotel staff, used to respond we are sending someone to check, will do. Hotel is under renovation all time, no access to stairs. Had a worst experience staying in the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

None of the facilities mentioned in the description were provided - no TV connection, no WiFi, the room was so dirty & unclean, no pillow covers, no toiletries, no towels, spots all over the floor in the room. When I had called to make the booking while informing them that I have 2 dogs (as this hotel was displaying as pet friendly hotel), they said they are pet friendly hotel. But when I arrived, they were hesitant to allow my dogs in the hotel & repeatedly asking how many days will you be staying & how big are the dogs. Pathetic & disgusting hotel. Had to repeatedly ask the staff for toiletries, towels. The hotel has no provision for food. You have to depend on Zomato & Swiggy.

I stayed in this hotel for 1night below is my experience. 1) they have issue with OYO so they are denied entry with OYO booking. 2) they offered us room if we are ready to pay directly( slight high compared to OYO price) 3) staff is very good. They don’t have any food inside hotel only they give plates for u r use. Food needs to be booked in Swiggy. 4) refrigerator and TV are provided. 5) toiletries are good. Room is clean and small. 6) online platform contact number of hotel is not working. If you planning to pay at hotel they will admit. They don’t allow any online paid guests.

Horrible experience!! *Hotel booking website is showing its pet friendly,so we booked but when we visited the place in month of January,2022 they denied to stay with pet. *Full of mosquitoes hide inside the centralised AC duct n came out at dark. No 'all out' or mosquito repellent was given at room *Confused staff: when we asked for the dinner,one caretaker gave a menu and told to call at reception to place the order. Once we called, the lady at reception said that no food service is available,u need to order from Zomato or swiggy.

Very nice the rooms are neat and tidy. Hospitalization was good. Coming to food was absolutely fine. Affordable prices.. Near to shopping mall... Altogether recommended place to stay.
