Great hotel at Vijayawada - Rooms are pretty decent enough but service is great. Staff is well mannered and friendly. The breakfast was good too. They even accommodated early check-in.

I am from Maharashtra. I came to Vijayawada for attending an exam. I was worried a lot regarding a safest stay as I was alone and new to the city. But surprisingly I didn't felt unsafe being alone and it was an outstanding stay here.

The rooms are nothing as advertised. It was shown tea coffee hot kettle there in room, only kettle no tea or coffee given. There is no inhouse kitchen there so one has to go out side to have food. Or order from outside. Payment mode is problem. They don't have credit card payment mode, or should I say they have but pos is not working.only UPI or online payment cand be done. Overall for just sleepover it's ok

I am travelling on official purpose. Average rooms. TV not working. No one checked before I checked in if all systems are working. They gave option to change room, but I don't know what ro expect in other room so I stayed in current room. Breakfast is complimentary and average. They comit that they will give breakfast from 8 to 9 but give only after 8.20 to 8.30... They are more focused on hiw much square feet room they are giving you...and nothing else...

This is the worst place to stay if you are visiting Vijayawada. Location is just about okay but the management here is another level of rude. Constant argument and worst service. You are treated like they don’t want business. Bed sheets are full of dried up fluids. Overall if you want to mess up your mood and experience hell and be treated like sh…t, visit this place.

The facade of the hotel looks like this now. It's was a bit difficult to identify it with old photos, especially in the night. There is no restaurant. The reception didn't know the menu for breakfast that was to be served in the room. The breakfast served was okay. The room could be better maintained.

Staff Kranthi is excellent. His quick service is impressive. We Check in late in the night. bathroom is neat. But Bed and linen are used with scars, patches, unwashed. Ceiling fan is very low. Good parking but area is quite busy to bring the car out. Overall I cannot recommend to families stay but okay for travellers like me for a quick stay.

Located in a busy street but not difficult to locate.||Basement parking is available and 4-5 cars can be parked easily. The entry gate to the basement is locked at 11pm for security reasons.||Very polite receptionist who guided with everything required.||Room was upgraded from Oak to Maple due to unavailability.||Room was pretty clean and so were the linens.||Central AC did the job of cooling the room quite well and we barely had to turn it on.||No in house restaurant but food can be ordered online. ||Complimentary breakfast was provided as mentioned in the plan. However, tea/coffee was missing and had to be ordered separately and was provided in 2 small paper cups costing Rs.15 each. Although there was provision in the room to prepare tea/coffee but the mornings seem too lazy to prepare and have while on a travel.||All in all a very good experience.
