Hotel O Thilothama Grand

Location is ok,but service was worst,the boy is very bad and unused,room is very bad and no neet.buds,anta, washroom is very very bad smell,ac was not working, housekeeping,no clean.😡

Not a luxurious hotel. Okay for the price. Spotted few cockroaches inside the room. Hot water availability is there. Bathrooms are okay. Lift facility is there. Many restaurants near by veg & nonveg. Area is not hygienic. Opposite to this hotel tilottama, tea shop is there and the tea is good. Overall its worth for the money spent.

Urgent need to renovate the hotel.. why because 1. Bed springs outside coming & damaged the dresses and body.. 2. Bathroom taps to be replaced & comods basement skip condition 3. Walls are wet condition.. 4. Rooms dirty & bad smell... 5. Maintenance problem Good thing is, this hotel always bookings full...

We felt the room amenities didn't fully align with the price point. Notably, the lack of instant hot water posed a challenge. Unfortunately, when we informed the management, their initial response wasn't entirely satisfactory. In our opinion, given the room rate, a more consistent hot water experience should be a standard feature

I have booked this room and they denied the check-in and demanded extra money. They said that this was not tie up with oyo and not pick the call from Oyo support person. They are allowing unmarried couples withut any proof and other customers also ( can't tell) Family persons please dont prefer this hotel. They will loot the money and you feel uncomfortable and safety constraint PS: worst hotel and worst management. And the person who is in the reception soad he is the owner. Mr owner please take care of him someday he might acquire your place

Rooms are spacious compared to many other hotels with that price. Washrooms are also good,bigger compared to many hotels in vij People will respond and good service. All the garbage mostly stays in the parking area, if you don't have a vehicle it doesn't bother you. Windows are not clean, of course it is same in all hotels with that price Pillows are not good at least they could cover more properly
