The rooms looks amazing at nights, but during the day time, we can see all the decorations are a bit shoddy. Had a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly. They can improve cleanliness a bit and the rooms will look really amazing. Would recommend this especially for the price. (I got the room for rs1200

The property is located near to railway and bus stations. A bit away from the main road but can be easily found out using Google maps. Coming to the amenities there is not much to say about. You are provided with a towel a soap and a body wash sample as toiletries.But the staff are kind enough and get food parcels if you order. Overall a good place.

We loved the room for the price paid.. got it in an offer.. the ambiemce and staff are very kind and helpful. I would totally avoid taking their breakfast next time which is very limited and supplied by some local place. Anyway happy with the room and stay there minus food. Can book again if comes with lower price range.

I had booked through OYO app, Breakfast was included and also mentioned in the mail from OYO but Hotel owner refuse to provide breakfast, even the room it was clearly mentioned about the breakfast. Even after contacting customer care of OYO invain. At the arrival at 2:00PM room was not got cleaned and We have to wait at reception for around 20 minutes. As per OYO terms and conditions they are not operating and Hotel owner was very rude, he clearly told that if don't like you contact OYO and get change the Hotel, I also tried for the same but cancellation charges were one tarrif of the Hotel, so any how we stayed there.But I will strongly recommend not to visit this hotel.

Never recommend this hotel for a person with self respect. Worst service, lack of responsibility, customer interaction is very rude. Had a very bad experience staying at hotel, booking, onboarding and room service. Booked rooms a day before through OYO app. We came with our family members. At the time check-in, the front desk people SPOKE VERY RUDE, and DEMANDED TO PAY AT FRONT DESK RATHER PAYING THROUGH OYO APP- they mentioned having payment issues with OYO. The people at front desk, especially the old man, vetted all his frustration with OYO upon me, had a strong argument and he spoke rude and cuss words. The old man claim to be the owner of the hotel🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ If they have payment issues with oyo - they should better deal with oyo, not on customers. I would suggest OYO to either stop sponsoring or even remove these kind of hotel / hotel front desk people, for sustaining in this area. Stop these cheap rude minded people. Bathrooms were not clean, room maintenance is very poor. Overall very experience.

I check in atlst twice in a month in this. Rooms were very clean and interior designing good ,best in class king size bed so comfy. Good for familys and couples. Cons. No restaurant or kitchen. If we order food from out side staff will charge high costs than the actual prices. Room service is very delayed everytime. Staff having no guest etiquette. No humble & no dignity ,respect among guests . They just behave like dormitory service people. Property manager is good.but Need to improve their downgrade people, otherwise hotel name may lose identity

Not so good. Tv didn't work until we told them to either fix it or change our room. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Didn't bring my coffee even after i reminded them. Bathroom door didn't open all the way because the toilet was blocking it. Pretty unhappy

Good space but in a very congested location. Nice interior and comfortable rooms at affordable price range. More customer centric, friendly contact. Parking is not a priority much of the time but it would be quite an elegant place if you could provide good parking space. Quite good for both business and personal trips.
