Super OYO Hotel Durga Bhavani Residency

Hotel was good but Oyo service was extremely bad, story - I already talked to a customer care executive and explained him that I were going to reach the property 90 minutes before to which the hotel manager said that they will levy extra early check-in charges, but after I talked with the customer care executive, I was assured that no such charge will be taken from me, but I was certainly charged for it on the booking day. After I told a customer care executive to talk to the hotel about it at that time, he said that the hotel doesn't have any room at the current moment, and hence will give you a room at the standard check-in time only, but as I was present in the hotel at that time, I could see there were many rooms available but OYO just wanted to get away with their mistake just by saying those things. Moral - Don't prefer OYO to get a room, just walk-in and do it on your own.

Overall satisfied. But behaviour of staff not upto the desired level. This may be language issues.

Rooms are lil bit small but ambiance are very nice. Very good for couples

A/c Rooms and bathrooms are very neat. Customer service is polite .Cost is reasonable. Near to the Railway station.

I have called these guys as suggested by Oyo team to check if the wifi is available with in room so i can work in my laptop for ofc.. but the guy said wifi issue is there but u can manage, as I had to attend many meetings, i asked to mention clearly whether I can use wifi in room or not. They r getting annoyed to answer second time. And Oyo team is suggesting to go and check in the hotel even after hearing the conversation as if this is the only hotel in this place

Rude and uncooperative. Oyo lied to us about the price and check in check out times.
