Hotel looks good but staff is very bad. They always demand for tips without doing any reason. If you don't give tip they abused you. In bathroom there was no Geyser.

Ok hotel for simple stay for short period. Ac rooms for Rs. 1000 Location 2km away from Rly station 3 Km away from temple

Don't judge a book by it's cover. But that phrase doesn't suits here. Check your rooms before opting for this. I did that mistake and opt for this hotel and Had a very bad experience. Very dirty and untidy room. The bedsheets and towels provided by them has a bad smell and had some kind of stains over it. I was in a hurry and ran out options and didn't have any choice so simply went for it. The bathroom was very badly maintained. No hot water and no proper lighting. You can see spider webs and cockroaches in the room. TV was available but not in a working condition. The receptionist was very rude and ill mannered. The only good thing is it's near to bus stop. Apart from that everything was bad. Well when you go for a cheaper option you don't expect much. But here i felt it didn't do any justice to its price Tag. I have been to various hotels all over the country but this is by far one the THE WORST.

Worst experience so far, I went through old bad reviews about this hotel before booking and booked in confidence that hotel management might have looked upon customers review and rectified them, but I was wrong. Hotel rooms are still the same, Dirty and unhygienic. Hotel staff seems to be non enthusiastic. I was not even provided with water. I manually poured my bottle from the water dispenser placed at reception, surprisingly even without rendering any services, Room attendant was expecting a tip from me.

Worst hotel. Please don't visit this place. They will just don't care if you book online. Unprofessional behaviour towards customers.

The price of the rooms is high (due to main road may be) and it's not definitely not worth it. The equipment in the washroom is broken. Rooms are small. The only positive was the huge lobby space on the floor.

Pros : 1. Cheapest one can find 2. Near the main road (Apsara theatre) of Vijaywada Cons 1. The owner has zero sense of understanding business /customer 2. The staff is lazy/unfaithful/tip-hungry 3. Structure has not had renovation so rooms are dirty/scary/barely working

Very rude staff,no maintainance,no hygenic condition..eventhough price is high,rooms are not mainted properly..unclean rooms..very poor experience
