Swarna Grand

It's near to Ramavarapadu ring in Vijayawada Here all hotels are following Oyo timings like 12PM to 11AM But only this hotel they are providing 24hrs and per day they are charging 1200 and per 1 person if u are two then it would be 1500 comparing to near by hotels little bit better this hotel.

Worst experience.. Just as we checked in it started raining and water starting entering our room.. Towels were dirty and room was full of mosquitos. The bed sheet was not washed properly with lot of blood strains of some other occupant killing mosquitos. The exhaust in the wash room was not working. The mirror and the door all looked dirty. We took the hotel paying over 3000 rs and this place is not even worth rs 1000. Also the room had an AC that gives lot of sound and I had to switch it off in the night. Overall a very bad experience. Also in the balcony a part of it is kept open and that can be dangerous as someone can easily fall through that opening...

We booked 5 rooms for a wedding reception on 23rd Nov 2017. We had a very poor experience with the quality of service. Issues we faced are 1) One of the rooms was not even cleaned but we were checked-in. We had to wait 30 minutes in another room till it was cleaned. 2) Another room did not have toilet seat cover, even though we complained no action was taken by either of service desk clerks (Omkar or Rajesh). 3) They expected us to vacate room by 6 AM and We asked if we can check-out by 11 AM, as Rajesh insisted, we had to vacate at 6 AM. This facility works for some doctors who need a room to change cloths or take a quick shower. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for normal people unless management really understands customer service and take good care.

Budget hotel with polite staff. The hotel is getting extended and is under construction. We have booked a room as we had a patient in the Aayush Hospital. Its just 20mts from the hospital and its a better choice to choose this hotel. its only for boarding there is no restaurant attached to it. You have to get food from outside. Ample parking space available.

The location is good. I stayed in this hotel room for one night. The reason for giving 2 stars is because the room is full of musquitoes and the bath room has cockroaches. On the positives, good sized room with nice ventilation. Good AC. And is a VFM hotel room. The bathroom is big , and has hot water available 24 hours. Only one towel is provided. And might provide another one if asked. The room has a study chair and table. And a nice sofa.

This very poor grand Hotel every thing ok room also but their service very very poor u will be once book the room then ........... They are not proper clean the room n don't change bedsit also then they also not proper clean Berthroom also so i will stages to all don't go thish hotel.......

This place does not deserve any star. If you are okay to live with cockroaches, you can stay. Had to stay here due to unavoidable situation. Towels and other clothes are not neat. Washrooms are full of cockroaches. Bed comfort was worst.Only good thing was location and A.C.

In Swarna they had a very good construction but there is no good maintenance of the stuff if something is wrong it is replaced with cheap products so down the line in a year or so it is filled with all the cheap stuff. The staff here are not experienced one and they compromise in all the tiny stuff like the batteries in TV remote or soaps in the washroom etc. my suggestion is if you have any other rooms nearby to you go for it put Swarna as your last choice. But still not a very bad place to stay.
