Hotel Pratibha Grand

We stayed for the night in this hotel. The hotel is clean. Some members in our group had issues with water supply. But our room had no such problems. The room was well maintained and pleasant. The room service was available though we didn't use it. The hotel seems to be well known among rickshawawallas as we had no difficulty in reaching the hotel from the temple

Room and ambience are good. Bath room is neat and clean. But the receptionists are always serious. You don't expect a warm welcome from them. They don't know how to please customers. I didn't see not even a small smile on their lips during two days. We were like strangers to them. They don't know what customer handling is. Except that everything else is OK, fine.

one Water bottle of half litre quantity for 3 guests is insufficient and only one towel one soap to be shared by 3 guests not good. i have stayed in OYO hotels with the toiletries properly provided. bed linens were with satin marks. average room atmosphere. Minimum of 2 towels and 1 litre water bottles to be provided per day. additional water bottle was priced above than the MRP which is unethical. in house kitchen was not properly functional............... for a bachelor to stay overnight is fine and not suitable for family. I did not take any photos

At this price rooms which they provide is of great value especially when considering location.... But there are many downsides also. Staff are not very co-operative and they behave as if they met some enemy. Hygiene is very poor. I was seeing the dirty plates and food waste on the corridor which was left by people stayed in our neighbouring room. After we came also they didn't remove it but only when new customers came to that room that is for more than 24 hours since our arrival they didn't remove it.... If you are seeing free breakfast on some online platform don't believe it.... They won't provide. When we arrived at hotel we asked for some help shifting the luggages, but they told that service is not available. Many a times when I talked with them they were behaving in such a way that they don't want to be bothered by anybody. If all this is ok for you, you can stay at this hotel but else better to avoid this hotel.
