NillI recently visited \[], and it was a great experience overall. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. The food was delicious — I especially enjoyed the which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was impressive. Prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

NillI am writing specifically regarding the Blue Fox restaurant. Blue Fox is a chain of restaurants I used to frequent in Hyderabad and I was very happy with their vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Sadly, the Blue Fox near Sentini Hospital, Vijayawada which I visited yesterday was a disappointment. The quality and taste of starters, tiffin items and north Indian main course was no where close to what I was used to in Hyderabad. The service was attentive but the lack of taste was a let down.

NillI had one of the worst dining experiences at Minerva Grand Restaurant, Vijayawada. • The food was cold, tasteless, and poorly prepared – even simple dishes like naan and curry were disappointing. • Hygiene was a serious issue – the table was dirty and not cleaned properly, and it made me doubt the cleanliness in the kitchen as well. • Portion sizes were very small compared to the high price, and even basic items like bottled water were overpriced. • The service was extremely slow and inattentive, with staff showing little interest in customer satisfaction. For a place that claims to be “Grand,” the experience was far from it. Honestly, I’ve had better food and service at small roadside stalls. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

NillGreat Location, Poor service, Unhygienic food. Staff not responding to guest complaints rather preaching guests that "this is best quality 😀 Mangers also like same , just assuring, "sir we will look in to and correct ". Staff serving salad with fungus and manager assuring we will look into😁😁. What a joke means no quality control at all. When I asked service boy to eat this , He ran away and said "Sir, I am worried about my health",😅 Actually this Branch of Minerva Hotels, spoiling the Brand Value of Minerva Grand. I am a regular traveler and staying all accross Minerva Hotels in AP/Telangana every month. All Branches are fantastic But, this one is horrible.

NillExtremely Disappointing Dine-In Experience – Unhygienic and Poorly Managed I had an unpleasant and frankly shocking experience at the Blue Fox restaurant, Minerva Grand. I had ordered a simple meal: a dry roti, curry, and a lime soda. To my dismay, the soda arrived with a foreign contaminant—a small black insect floating in it. Worse still, the hygiene standards of the restaurant were appalling. Cockroaches were visibly crawling across the floor, especially near the corners and wall-side tables. It was unsettling and completely unacceptable for a place that claims to be a fine dining establishment. I had no choice but to walk out mid-meal. When I raised the issue, the manager was unable to provide any reasonable explanation or assurance. The lack of accountability and disregard for basic cleanliness was deeply concerning. This was by far one of the most unsanitary dining experiences I've encountered. I strongly advise potential visitors to exercise caution—if you must dine here, avoid the tables near the walls and corners. The management needs to urgently address these hygiene lapses if they wish to maintain any semblance of credibility.

NillFood is simply awesome. Rooms are also well maintained. Room service and ambience are also ok. BUT the concern is the way they handled the water problem that we faced in the morning hours for almost more than an hour.

NillThe hotel is located on the highway and is easily accessible. Rooms are clean and pleasant but with minimal comfort. Toiletries are basic and nothing fancy. There’s a kumars outlet at the ground floor which provides tasty kumars at affordable prices. The in-house restaurant is nothing to write home about with very very basic items available. The prices are reasonable. The complementary breakfast is most basic with only idly Vada and dosa on offer apart from bread, jam, butter and boiled eggs, couple of cut fruits and cornflakes with milk. Overall, you can opt for this hotel for a quick night stay and not meant for extended or a comfortable stay. Totally a VFM property.

NillI went fo lunch today..... Service is worst and everything we have to beg.... The response of the manager is very poor.... Pls dont waste your money in this restaurant.... Even though they charge high prices they treat us like we are eating for free.
