Hotel KK grand

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience at KK Grand Hotel, Vijayawada. Right from the moment we checked in, the hospitality was absolutely horrible. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and nothing seemed cleaned properly. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like clean towels and drinking water. Even then, the response was careless and delayed. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were pathetic. The place felt neglected, and it was clear that maintenance is not a priority here. It’s shocking how they are still running as a hotel with this level of service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better places to stay in Vijayawada — don’t waste your money and time here.

Door Lock card not working. The room is small compared to the price. Room not clean. After Telling they clean properly. Many small pieces of hair on the bed. The staff is good. Request to improve service. Overall an average hotel. Same budget other hotel's room is big.
