Hotel O Rushikonda Grand

The location is close to the beach but the rooms are not clean no amenities like tv and geyser, the AC will be under control of staff they don't even give us ac remote and ac doesn't even cool the room .

Except the fact that this is near to Rushikonda beach.... Everything else is worst. Worst response from staff, no proper water supply.

Hi All...You can avoid this place. The only advantage this pace has is that it close to beach. Otherwise you can please look for better options.I have raised a complain with Makemytrip and have asked them to delist from suggestions. Reasons below - They won't allow if payment is made thro any app like makemytrip,oyo also I guess.They claim MMT doesn't pay them. - Rude staff,unprofessional behaviour. - No lift. - Toilets not clean. - This very next to bar.Please who are not comfortable with drinks better avoid. -Rooms ok ok..but doesn't justify cost ur paying. - Open parking.

Rooms are very worst.. No servicing and poor maintenance and cleaning. Rooms looking like old age homes. And was taking more cost with poor service Choose another one for your trip

U could simply rate it as the worse room in whole Vizag . Rooms are very very dirty . I think they never clean their blankets , u could clearly see it when u enter the room . Worse part is they don't clean the room The smell was horrible . They make sure customer pay the amount before entering into the room and once we find out we got cheated then they offer u to change the room but i guess it won't be much better as the whole place stinks . The amount can't be refunded . There won't be any person for room service . I entered the room and puked because of the Pan and alcohol smell . AC doesn't work but the Light on it works, ur room won't even have normal room temperature. It's a life time horrible experience..

I wish there would have been a negative. Worst experience in here. We had booked in this hotel for 2 days prior to reaching the city. It was booked with complete payment. On reaching the property they denied the check-in asking for more payement. They said we could afford the discounts offered by the MMT. If this was the issue they should have not listed the property at this price and should have not confirmed the booking.Moreover they suggested us to cancel the booking if we don't want to pay extra and that too they did not refund the amount. Had to stay without any room outside for such a poor hospitality exp. I would advise everyone please do not book this property if u ever visit vizag

I have booked the room on agoda. Went to the property to check in. To my surprise, they told me that the rooms are sold out. As I asked again they demanded extra money to allot a room. The property is really bad and the staff are the worst. Never book a room here. Strictly not adivsable for families to come here.
