It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. The hotel owner was sitting remotely for check in and asking for a screen shot of my booking and payments. After a long time late at night I finally allowed for check in. Thereafter we were surprised to see a small bed for 4 people which we had booked. They refused to change room and after long think they provided extra bed in congested room. No professionalism and nothing in the name of service. Requesting Goibibo to blacklist this hotel.

I booked hear 16 dec 2022 even i paid in Oyo app ...after reaching there this building given to marrige function and no intimation from from management and Oyo also
