I made the mistake of trusting online listings and booked this so-called hotel — and I regret every second of it. Let’s talk about what this place offers: • No ventilation, unless you consider a tiny, useless window as a luxury. • An AC that just hangs on the wall for decoration — because it doesn’t work. • No exhaust fan, no fresh air, and a room that feels more like a locked coffin. • The overall environment? Filthy, suffocating, and completely unhygienic. And now, the bathroom — or should I say, the horror show: • Smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. • Broken fixtures, dirty floor, zero sanitation. • I wouldn’t even let my pet use that bathroom, let alone myself. What’s more disappointing is that they dare call this a “hotel.” It’s not even fit to be called a shelter. I came from Odisha and booked for just one night, but even that felt like a punishment. If you’re planning a trip and looking for a place to stay, please, for your own sanity, skip this hellhole. This is not a place for humans. Even a roadside dhaba with a plastic chair and open sky is 100 times better than this mess. I’m beyond disappointed. I’m disgusted. Booking this hotel was the worst decision of my journey.

I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I had to warn others. The hotel room was a nightmare. The bedsheets were clearly used, stained, and smelled horrible. The pillows had a foul odor, as if they hadn’t been washed in months. It felt like sleeping in a garbage bin. The overall cleanliness was third-class at best – I’ve seen better hygiene in roadside motels. Waste management was nonexistent: foul smells in the hallway, and not a single effort to keep the place sanitary. To top it all off, they promised free WiFi, but there was absolutely no signal the entire time. When I asked at the front desk, they just shrugged and said, “It’s not working today.” No apology, no solution. Do yourself a favor – spend your money anywhere else. You deserve better than this dump.

I booked The Central Suites via MakeMyTrip based on attractive online photos, but the reality was drastically different. The hotel looked more like a third-class lodge — shady and completely misrepresented in the images. Upon check-in, I faced something very uncomfortable: the hotel staff pressured me to give a rating immediately and even asked me to send a snapshot of the review via WhatsApp! I had just entered the room and explained I would only review after staying. Despite this, the staff insisted multiple times — which felt unprofessional and manipulative. But the worst part? As I settled in, I noticed the pillows were visibly dirty, and when I lifted one, a bed bug crawled out. This was not just unpleasant — it was genuinely disturbing and a health concern. This experience felt not only misleading but also unhygienic and unsafe. I urge future travelers to be cautious of inflated ratings and always read genuine reviews. I’ve reported the issue to MakeMyTrip and hope they take appropriate action.

Worst worst worst..... Booked a room here through goibibo. Anyone have seen a rat running near to executive room?They told it's executive room but have a normal room with AC. Telephone not working and when I asked about it, the receptionist told yes telephone won't work. Why the hell a not working telephone in a room and that too in an executive room? Kettle not there. Asked for kettle and they gave 3. All 3 are not working. Then comes cleanliness here.... I have no words to say so I don't want to say about cleanliness.... Hope u understand.... Gonna call Goibibo and smash it... Bedspread hadn't washed. Bedsheet hadn't washed. Totally waste of money.

This hotel is a third class hotel, girls are there for room service with blazers, but this girls are useless and not helping in any aspect. Rooms are worst😭 if you ask any help from room service (blazer girls ) they will not even listen what you say. One of the worst hotels in india .....Girls who are looking after this hotel are worst behaviour. DONT EVER TRY TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY.....it's a DISASTER

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything I needed was available, and the ambiance was really relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this place and happily give it 5 stars!

Extremely bad .. insects , bedbugs etc.. nothing is there shown in the hotel advertising images.. How come make my trip nd goibbo dnt verify these type of hotel before confirm booking.. I couldn't stay for more than 5 hours... Very bad... Nd the person in the reception will force u to give review infront of him..

This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I entered the room and lifted the pillow, a bed bug crawled out. The pillows were visibly dirty, and the overall hygiene of the room was appalling. I genuinely felt unsafe staying there — and this was immediately after check-in. Now here’s the twist that explains it all: the hotel staff insisted—repeatedly—that I rate the hotel and send a snapshot of the review via WhatsApp the moment I entered the room. I found this strange, as I hadn’t even settled in. I politely said I’d review it after my stay, but the staff pushed 3–4 times to get a review on the spot. In hindsight, it’s clear why — they are desperately trying to collect fake positive ratings before guests see the real condition of the rooms. The place looks nothing like the photos on MakeMyTrip — more like a rundown lodge than what was advertised. I’ve reported this to MakeMyTrip and sincerely hope they take this listing down or at least inspect the place. Do not go by the online reviews — they’re likely manipulated. Stay safe and avoid The Central Suites at all costs.
