The worst hotel I have ever seen... nothing is good in this...neither room nor behaviour nothing...dirty room, dirtiest bathroom..they don't even provide a clean bedsheet,blanket...lift is not in working condition.. Charges are so high but everything is bad never stay here...very very very bad hotel for stay

Very poor, dirty and costly and poor🏨hotel service. Even they demands extra charges for a very short latency in checkout time there was also a reason behind this incident of latency. As there were very poor and insufficient water supplies as per normal usage of water. We were late because of 5 hours no supply of water. So our time was wasted because of daily essential and important water related activities like brushing and bathing and over all sanitary activities. So we were late and they want extra charges. So I recommend that there were also far better hotels for vacations. So choose them.

One of the Worst hotels in Vizag, They are asking for an extra money 300 - 600 per room even if u are booked from Any one of the applications, Service is the worst and they are not providing any one of them mentioned like 1.Bed Sheets, 2.Hot water, 3.Wifi, 4.TV 5.Towels, 6.Soaps, 7.Charging ports also not working. 8.They have 4 Heaters for the whole 4 floors of rooms and around 12 - 1 am they came and asked the Heaters. Once they collect money they are not responding even if u ask many times they are saying like 2mins.

There is no dustbin inside and no daily room service and also no drinking water service in the room

My rating is 0/5 I booked and paid room through Agoda. When we reached, they refused to give room and demanded excess payment by cash. After 2 hours of discussion with customer care and hotel staff they gave 2 ugly rooms, Toilet was terrible, public toilets are far better than that. So please don't book there.

Rooms are not up to the mark. No hot water available. TV is there but it won't open. Old beds were provided. Blankets were getting bad smell. Room was getting bad smell even though they are cleaning day by day. I have given 1 star because of hotel staff behaviour they were very polite and nice person. Don't expect the same hotel as you are seeing in hotel booking apps.

The hotel location is fine. Behaviour of staff is also good. However, room and beds are dirty. Room service is not good. TV was not there in the room. You can find Hotel rating in OYO App is very good because they have manipulated the real rating. What they do is that they rate the hotel by taking customer's phone after check-out! Very bad experience.

Very Very Poor quality!!!!!!!! of rooms not even worth of giving RS 500. We Reached the property late night and had booked online. the room in the picture did not even match. The washrooms were not any where near the quality of the OYO standards. Bedding was pathetic they provided is the white bed mattress to us as a blanket. As we had to stay in the Vizak for 2 days hence had booked it online. Looking a the rooms condition were were not happy we asked them for cancelling the room which was not possible. we slept some how but next morning they said they would offer a good room to us. Believe me the room was no good either. it just had a good blanket and nothing else. I could see the cockroaches moving around. lots of dirt in and around the windows. For hot water we they gave us an electric appliance which we had to insert into the bucket of water to get it warm for bathing. This all had wasted lot to our time and resulting in less time for our sight seeing. This rooms looked to be ones who were looking for a quick 3-4 hours stay as I could see some condom packets in the window which were very dusty. Even the AC connection was In a Open condition which can result in some accident so not at all children friendly. I would not recommend this hotel as the rooms are not at all clean. I suggest OYO to perform regular audits as these rooms are bringing your brand value down. We had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend to any one.
