Hotel ashoka residency

Very bad service and bad living experience at this place. Rooms are full of cockroaches 🪳 they will turn off your AC without informing you. I have booked 2 double bed room for 4 people for 2 days. At first they have shown us some price list of rooms which were at sky high levels for these below average quality rooms. Then after some bargain they have agreed for a reduction of 25% of the pricing on their own. But the final pricing was also too much for such ac rooms..and a fact about AC rooms are that.. the authority will turn off your room AC even without informing you, even in the mid of the night. I have complained about this AC problem and they fixed it like it had gone off on its own..but they repeatedly turn off again and again intentionally🙁also the AC water outlet were on the bathroom so that while showering the AC wastage water will also flow with the shower 🤦‍♂️ And their rooms have a hell lot of cockroaches 🪳 in every corners, not only in our rooms but our neighbour rooms are also complaining about these insects in the beds.. Disgusting 😒 Why will someone book in this hotel if a basic sleeping bed is full of insects 🤦‍♂️ Aqua filters are also not fully functional and each time you have to drink you have to tell them to refill the drinking water tank. And hotel rooms have very dirty furnitures everywhere like someone have spitted on them.

Hotel has good rooms and it is at good lactation, but the staff is very unprofessional in terms of service. They are looting the visitors by charging high prices for rooms and yet not giving proper service. AC not working , drinking water not available, room cleaning, lift and what not. Disappointed stay. In same price you may have good stay at 3 or more star hotel.

Waste of money. And got fooled by auto rickshaw driver. The rooms are old. They charge 2.5k for the twin bed room and don't even give water bottles or complimentary breakfast. The beds are soggy, and bathroom sanitary equipments are old.

I don't know about their main building but staying in their side building is just horrible. No room service. No direct control over your air conditioner, No action on complain. We paid 2800 for one night.

Filthy rooms.we were provided an AC room in The Krishna residency.Both are owned by the same owner. Bed bugs.Dirty bedsheets and broken AC.TV was not working.broken wires even the remote. Bathroom skylight was broken. Staff don't give an ear to your complaints .But always asks for money when you check out. Never ever staying again or suggesting anyone this hotel .

Hotel Ashoka residency rooms not bad but services very poor, just now my family was 5days staying but no one change bedcover, my self come to the reception and take bedcover and change, service boy also not agree to change bedcover and they not given water also, some time ac also switch off by the hotel manager, me call to manager then switch on the ac. But I pay ac room rent, so if any one plans to go vizag pls don't stay hotel Ashoka residency

My stay at Ashoka Residency in Vizag was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beach view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious with diverse options. Excellent location and top-notch amenities made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this hotel. Receptionist Ramesh Anna was very customer friendly and guided us with the local scenes and food.
