A street dog fight is much better than a hotel receptionist. I didn't want to say that people beat the customer in front of them without admitting their mistake. When they misbehave, they turn off the CCTV TV. Will take money from you without giving you service. If you are from any other state then you will be cheated. be careful

Having driven a long distance, we knocked on the doors of this hotel at midnight and yet the manager and the attendants were very courteous to show us the rooms and check us in. Breakfast is also included in the Tariff. Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the hotel which is a big relief to families staying in this hotel. Customer parking in the basement is available.

Rooms are good. but they scammed us. the owner of the hotel is very rude.do not stay in this hotel. he mislead us and pressurized to check out two days prior though we have booked already.. just do not go there

Its in the heart of the city where they charged 2200 per day , seems to be price is bit high even though breakfast is included in that everyday, they were supposed to give 3 water. bottles itseems too but no one informed us about it, no hangers found in the rooms to keep our used clothes, hot water available , everyday we need to call the reception to clean the room, if you have car it cn be parked next on the road only , as i can see 1 or 2 slots are there to accommodate 2 cars

The hotel really treats all the customers badly, even if you don't take advantage of them, you will be beaten and insulted. It's one thing to tell you and take advantage of another, to blackmail you and extort money. Beware this man is from Chittingbaaz Hotel.

Worst hotel for staying please don't prefer this rooms and bathroom is not good...Mostly before you check in they will tell that hot water will come but it will not come price is also more.....please don't prefer this for staying.... Please before you check in please check the room don't see the fake reviews....

This is a very centrally located hotel in Visakhapatnam. The rooms are quite neat, comfortable and most important staff are very co-operative and provide excellent services. I booked almost 9 rooms for a family function in Feb 2023 and am extremely satisfied with the services, stay and support from the staff and owner. To name a few, Mr. Mohan front office Manager, Mr Raja, Staff supervisor were too good in their services. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to tay in city centre at affordable cost.
