The service boys are very attentive. Rooms are good and in budget. We had an issue with the online booking and the receptionist empathised with us.

Okok place and rooms. Need maintenance and service was very partiality if you go online booking they gave you average rooms if offline booking they treat special tiny room

Actually the hotel is average, the reception is horrible , if zero was an option i would give zero stars for service , very rude receptionist I have been here 2 times and 1st time i went there they overcharged me than regular prize and when i asked for receipt they didnt give me one , the 2nd time when i went there because of my work and it was weekend they charged me even more saying i cant give you the sane price because it is weekend and there are very less rooms ,he said " if i give the room to someone else for higher price i can get bigger profit ", but i have come with family so i had to pay the price to take the room , but the room was very bad The shower was not working properly , i had to call the reception and they would show up after a very long time to repair it , but only to tell me to adjust coz it cant be completely fixed , the tv wont work , wifi doesnt connect , lifts doesnt work , in bathroom the toilet seat was in worst condition the health spary was half broken ,... The funny part was the hotel was almost half empty , he created unnecessary demand for room in the name of weekend and seeing me with family he wanted to loot me , I SINCERELY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL !!

Great location, but unfortunately the room was a disappointment. It was small and not well-maintained, with cleanliness being a major issue. The front desk staff also lacked professionalism and weren't very helpful during our stay. Despite the convenient location, the overall experience could have been much better. As it festive season they denied the online platform booking by saying the hotel is slodout and provide me a room at night 10pm with a very high price...

Room was ok. The bedsheets was not so clean..there were dirt in it But the staff was cooperative.it was a good stay

Very unpleasant stay. The rooms are extremely small for 2 people leaving with very less space to move around. Please do not go by the photos of the property for rooms, hotel, facade. I did my booking through Oyo and the hotel management has least idea on anything asked about booking or when asked about the photos mismatch. I was told that it is Oyo's responsibility and asked me to contact the customer care and these hotel staffs had no details on Oyo . The customer care executive asked me to share the photos of the rooms which I saw on app when this can be easily found by then on their site. I was promised for complimentary breakfast during booking but I was denied stating it is not reflecting on the booking. The restaurant below the hotel is not the same as the photos and it only opens by 11am . There is no in house restaurant as mentioned. The AC dispenses the water into the room leaving the floor filled with water. There were no tea/coffee powder sachet provided. The kettle was provided which was also rusted. Poor coordination of the hotel and Oyo , will never recommend.

Best ever hotel with affordable prices and cleaned rooms. Staff behavior is so good and located in best accessible place. Nice environment
