OYO 45322 Feel Like Home

A very good place to live in if you want to stay in vizag. If you book the whole one block, you will feel like living in a home, as it's name state. Raju's service is very quick and nice. All the good tourist places are within 10 km, so it's a very good spot to live in vizag.

First thing to be kept in mind is that this is a budget night stay place for bachelors. This isn't the place to go to if you are looking for a comfy family vacation. For the amount charged, it's a good place to stay. The rooms and washrooms are clean. There is no restaurant nearby, but food delivery is available to this location. It's about half a kilometer from the nearest dlseafront. One can see the seashore from the roof of the building.

Very nice room. I was thankful that I found this room. It also has a shared living room equipped with a 65" LED, and a nice kitchen with a refrigerator. It's near the beach, so u can't feel the summer so much. I really like the stay here.

I Would give them zero stars. We had very horrible experience, we made a booking through OYO app and after reaching the hotel we tried to make payment through online but the guy over there asked us to pay cash and not through online. Then we had to call the hotel manager and his name was RAVI. "HE DOESN'T HAVE PATIENCE TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER and he was talking in such a way that he literally asked us to GET OUT FROM THE HOTEL". Since we have already planned for vacation and we don't want to spoil our mood we had to pay cash. Very very poor maintenance. Not recommended for family at all. Rooms are stinking and the beds are so cheap and nasty. And the worst thing was, "service boy (RAJU) asked us to WASH THE PLATES WHICH WE HAVE USED". If planning to to stay here. Don't even come to this place. No one cares about the customers. Worst experience ever. It's waste of money coming to this place.

Splendid, we stayed at home, during vizag tour. Free wifi, 3 ac bedroom (with attached state of the art bathroom ), an open kitchen with gas, kitchen chimney, lots of regular and non stick cookware, a 20 litre packaged water jar every day. A sprawling drawing cum dining hall with sofas, couches and a 4 sitter dining table. Power back up, marble tiled flooring, a home away from home. Lift facilities and a very caring caretaker Raju.

Would give them zero stars (the option for this isn’t available hence forced to give one star). A very horrible experience, I made a booking through the MakeMyTrip app and made a complete payment of 2100 INR. After reaching the hotel (12pm) I was asked at the reception to pay extra 1200 INR. Upon contacting MMT and OYO, they tried to explain the reception guy but to no avail. Finally MMT executive asked me to pay the extra amount and assured that they will refund the amount to my account so that I as a customer do not face any inconvenience ( i must really appreciate the customer service response from MMT, however the response from Oyo executives was horrible). I agreed to it immediately and before paying the amount asked the reception guy to show the room. He showed a room from which cigarette smoke smell was emanating, the room was dirty as well. I requested him for another room as the smoke smell was intolerable. He said there was only one room available. He started cleaning the room at a slow pace (time was 1250pm) and sprayed a room freshner. I argued with him that the room should have been made ready by 12pm as thats the check-in time. I spoke to the property owner also, and he was very rude to tell me to get out of the hotel if i cant tolerate the smoke smell. As per oyo policy, smoking inside a room isn’t acceptable. So what standards are being maintained by this hotel? Spoke to oyo regarding this and didnt get any proper response from them. Again spoke to MMT customer executive and they refunded the entire amount back (I must really appreciate their customer service team). Please avoid this place as they do not respect the customers and have no basic civic sense at all.

It's a very very nice place to be, very nice house with very good internet connection with a huge TV in the living area. It should definitely be choosed if someone wants a room. The person managing the rooms is also good & helpful. Overally a nice place to be.

Three BKH flat as service appartment. Parking available. Ample sunlight, close to beach, but can't find beach view. Few km away to RK beach. They can do better with basic amenities like providing better fecilities like bedspread and covers, which is actually not available when we visited. Close to main road also, no hassles in finding address. Raju is the person available all the time. Kitchen and Dining table available, with limited set of cooking utensils. Huge TV with WiFi connection. This is Recommended for Family.
