Keys Select By Lemon Tree Hotel, Visakhapatnam

I stayed at this hotel for a night during one of the holiday season. ||Check in process was smooth (we had booked the room by calling the reception earlier). The rooms were pretty decent and some rooms have a good view to the road side. From facilities perspective, almost everything was available - Laundry, Safe, TV / TV Channels, Power points, Lighting, decent toilet and bath facilities. ||Also, the location is closer to both the Railway station / Jagadamba circle and also a few kilometres away from the RK Beach. ||They serve breakfast as well - comprising of South Indian - Veg / Non-Veg, Fruits, Juices, Tea and Coffee. Decent spread and taste was also ok. ||Worth a stay. Definitely a good option in the Vizag city to stay at.

We were on a vacation and stayed for 5days. The rooms are neat and clean. The rest room could have been a bit bigger. The maintenance staff and the management was very humble and helpful. There was a very prompt response from room service. The hotel is located at center and have accessible to market around. The food was very tasty. A special thanks to Mr. Ravi Verma who was very helpful and hospitable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Firstly, the rooms are very tiny. They have two single bed in one room which are very small too. They have only one chair per room which is not recommended for a room costing 6000/ per night. Secondly, we booked for 4 days offline. At the end of the first 2 days we wanted to shift to another hotel nearer to the beach. During the check out, they said the tariff increased for the second day, which was so ridiculous. I have never heard of the tariff varying once you have booked the rooms. So we paid Rs 5500 for the first night a d Rs. 6700 for the second night. I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or the management is trying to fish money from guest without the knowledge of the owners. Thirdly, the location is too far from the main attractions and beaches. If you want to enjoy the beach, i suggest you avoid this hotel because at the same price you can get a hotel near RK BEACH. You can save a lot on auto/ cab going to and fro the beach everyday. But yes, the stuff is well trained and has good behavior, but that is not enough to spend so much.

Well, how to start with! When I reached the hotel I was given 902 and 905 room at the 9th floor. Upon entering the room I found the rooms are small compared to any other hotels at the same price. The bathroom was designed I'm such a way that there is no place to lock the door once you are in the bathroom. I felt it would be a torture to survive four days that way with family. My heart felt with bitterness !||When I contacted the hotel desk, they immediately changed the room to 7th floor. There rooms are big and bathrooms are also little spacious. I started feeling better. ||Next four days was very good for me. Special mention to the staff behavior, cleanliness and hotel foods. They offers a range of local , continental and Chinese foods. We ate food only from the hotels!||Special mention to Sai Krishna who took great care of us !! Overall I enjoyed the stay at this 🏨

As expected, I have had a very comfortable stay at Keys Select Hotel. A big credit goes to the staff and chefs & the team at the dining area of the hotel - they made me feel at home, while being attentive to every big and small need & pampered us with the delicious and authentic Andhra food. The stay at Keys select in Visakhapattanam in December 2024 has been excellent! Rooms were great! Reception staff were prompt in addressing any concerns. Room service was very good.||Especially, Ravi Varma and other restaurant staff have been super helpful!

I stayed here in the New Year… Room services were really nice along with the tasty food. The property is pretty decent located at the heart of the city center. Also, the receptionist Ramesh or Mahesh (i don’t remember the name exactly) was very nice, he helped us whatever was needed by us and he behaved really good with us

Rooms are very small(congested). Not a perfect place to stay with family even though they provide extra bed on request (extra charge). Rooms are good only for a single person or a couple. Service is okay.. They respond late. The toilets were not clean when we arrived. Complimentary breakfast is good(we liked it). Service is very bad. During checkout, even after requesting a luggage carrier, they didn't send. We waited so long and carried on our own.
