Overall worst experience... Check out time , staff will stay open your app and gives 5 star rating behalf of our feedback.. completely cheating people. This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let's start with the room - it was disgustingly filthy. The bedsheets were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. There were suspicious hairs on the pillows, and the whole room had a strange, musty odor. The bathroom was even worse. There was a constant leak in the faucet, and the floor was always damp and slippery. The showerhead was clogged with grime, and the whole room reeked of mildew. It was clear that the cleaning staff hadn't set foot in the room for a long time. Speaking of the staff, they were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They were rude and dismissive when I complained about the state of the room, and they made no effort to rectify the situation. It was clear that they had no regard for the comfort or well-being of their guests. To make matters worse, the hotel was overpriced for the appalling conditions it offered. It was a complete rip-off, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the ambience was pleasant and welcoming. The reception staff was friendly and made me feel at home right from the moment I arrived. Their warm and professional service added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Frankly I can't give more than 3 ⭐ The washroom light was not working. The receptionist was clueless on the booking number/details. Washroom lock hinge is broken AC is strictly for display only. No toiletries provided. At the entrance of the hotel gate lies some dark magic/enchanted stuff 🛑 for someone to step on it.😡 Here are some photos.
