1. The door handle of bathroom is so sharp and little rusty. It’s hard to lock the door and not at all easy to use. 2. Bathroom stinks of some weird smell. No toiletries. Just hand wash and shower gel. 3. The wardrobe is out of maintenance. Smells inside. 4. Bed sheets are dusty and have stains. 5. Coffee powder, dairy powder and water with kettle is kept. But no spoon or stirrer to make coffee. I mean, it’s basic sense to keep that at least. How else I’m supposed to mix them all? With a finger dipped in hot water? 6. Breakfast room is in basement. Any place is better than basement to eat food. I went there just after 20min since breakfast start time and there are no tissues. When asked the person to bring some, he outright denied that he can’t get them as they are in store room. 7. The kitchen looked so much unhygienic

Room basic amenities were not available as per committements. Room services are good. Less options are available in the breakfast menue, although it is complimentary. As per the price, it should be multiple veg and non veg North Indian breakfast. Thanks.

The rooms are decent. The bathrooms need proper cleaning. The location is easy to find and close to the railway station. Service is not to the point. They only have breakfast service, which isn't good. The room service isn't up to the mark.

Good stay option for non locality people. Well maintained and good behavioured staff. I check out unknowingly about my extended stay. But the staff helped me stay for extra hours also.

Rooms are commentable for the rates provided. Would appreciate better service with respect to the air condition, intercom and drinking water. For some reason the management have turned off the AC from the central switch board which is not acceptable.

Hotel is very clean and neat. Breakfast also provided . This hotel is very comfortable to family members and others also. I suggest you to go this hotel.
