Absolutely bad restaurant, baddest behaviour from the manager. The manager of the restaurant is so arrogant and hot headed , he thinks he owns the entire hotel. In his own words he told “this is my hotel and I’ll do whatever I want to do , I’ll not allow you to use washroom” etc. Absolutely bad behaviour and has no manners towards customers. Please do not visit this restaurant and remove this manager for better business

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Green Apple. Despite booking through their official website at a lower rate, the receptionist outright refused to confirm my reservation, claiming that online bookings are not accepted. She insisted I book directly at the front desk at a higher price, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The dismissive attitude and lack of hospitality were shocking. This is not the kind of service one expects from a reputed hotel. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and improve their staff’s behaviour and clarity regarding online bookings.

Very bad experience. Leaking sink in the bathroom. Imaging washing your hands/face and all the soapy water falling in your feet . Reported the problem but staff was uninterested and after a number of complaints it went unresolved . The morning supervisor lady was unempathetic as well and so I cancelled the next day at personal cost and left .

No hot water after sunset. Mannerless kitchen staff. Amenities like tv will work in few rooms only. Room service is completely bad.

Tv not working, ac not working, main door safety lock not working, toilet handle so hard, cupboard are looking ugly five minutes hot water come when we open the tap not worth of our money Room not cleaned after one day also I complain to Reception,technician come half an hour after but problem not rectified
