Only ac was working rest all pathetic. Based on booking.com we booked fully disappointed. 3 nights booked we checked out 2 nd itself. No hot water, dirty bed cover, no control on fan, no blanket, smelly room and lift. Better avoid.

Rooms are ok ok and there is no security for your room for things u keep in room , if you go out they will open your door n see what's there inside , luckily I don't kept any important things inside . When I came back n see the door was open (without key the door has opened ) I felt not safe for family . No hot water in mrngs they say hot water work by solar so early mrngs n nights don't expect hot waters in this cool winter . Only 5 star rating for location n car parking if there is 0 star I would like to give that .

This place is absolutely horrible. Not at all maintained. Rooms full of cockroaches and bed mites, broken main door locks, broken basin pipes and no hot water in bathrooms. Rooms not cleaned with cigarette butts lying around. Checkin is allowed only after full payment. Once you enquire with Hotel manager about the ill-maintained place, he says he is aware but what to do and they do not refund the amounts even if you vacate the place early.

Filthy hotel.. literally! The dirtiest I've ever stayed. Cockroaches & bugs everywhere in the rooms. Bedsheet, quilt with holes and stains in them and am sure they are never washed. Water starts dripping on your bed when you turn on the AC. On top of that you have to buy drinking water from them at overpriced rates. Never stay in this hotel..you will feel like vomiting!

It's. Near to the market. But they don't provide extra mattresses,if u are 3 members .There was no cleanliness, there was a smell of smoking in the room, and the sound of the TV was heard from the next room until half past midnight, I suggest hills hotel is not good for family.Water bottle is charged at an additional cost of ₹5.No normal water bottle provided.All the bottles were cold water,Took money for a bottle of water.The service in this hotel is not good,Wi-fi signal not reaching the room
