The room was not very spacious considering we booked the family room. The bathroom was quite good. The services provided are not up to the mark. Had to wait for long time for hot water services. We had a compact trip so did not have to spend a lot of time in the room, that's why it worked. But considering the money we paid, better services should have been provided and rooms should have been cleaner. The location of the hotel is great though.

Very good place, very good environment and feeling Royal. Staff of this hotel is very good and helpful. Location is very fantastic .The service provided is awesome.

Everything was great..The staff are polite, don't expect them to wear a uniform like any other big hotels nearby..It's good enough for a 2.5 star hotel. Prices were on the higher side. Services were great. Just a 100 odd meters distance from city centres and you can find the true nature of Jagadamba center here. I would really recommend it but don't expect more from a 2/2.5 star hotel.

No hot water. Hot water not providing even in winter season. Useless hotel. Very bad service. Search better hotel than this. Not recommended. Priceless hotel.. price more but service is very bad means very very bad. Even management also not thinking about service in the room . But they need guest. Please don't book this hotel. I suffered much here.

The rooms are alright. Nothing too fancy. The age of the hotel can be felt though; nothing too bad.

It's just ok because there is no restaurant in the hotel so u can't order any food item in your room. Rooms are good but room services are just ok. It's located in a middle of a market so u can buy easily anything from the market but the views from your rooms windows is not looks good.i also did not Like the lift.
