Hotel Rio Beach

One of the good hotels in RK beach . The staff is very kind & courteous. The rooms with city views also give you a very good view of the sea from the extra large windows. The sea beach is not even 100m from the hotel. Many tourist attractions are within one kilometre of this hotel . An aquarium museum is right opposite to it . The best part of the hotel is their terrace where you can spend hours looking at the sea . Early morning views from the terrace are breathtaking - one can also spot large ships in the morning towards the harbour. The price range seems to be economical. You can rent a cab for sightseeing from here itself. All the rooms are non smoking but they have dedicated smoking areas . The toiletries they provide are also of good quality.

Very good experience. Well maintained. Excellent service in high price. Staffs are very prompt and soft spoken. Had taken room 413 in july-2024, front view was marvellous.Buffet-Breakfast was awesome. Locker for valuables, mini-fridge, hair Drier was also provided. Loved my vacation in that room.

RK beach is directly visible from the hotel. It is clean, online food delivery is available. Transporting is super convenient from this location

We stayed here on 7th October 2023. Hotel is easily accessible and have a basement parking which is safe. We stayed here for a night on our travel towards Guwahati. Rooms are not that spacious but are not congested as well. They maintained the property really well. Top floor terrace have an open restaurant but they do not have any kitchen there. One can order online and can enjoy their meal on terace. The complimentary breakfast if they have is prepared somewhere else and they serve it in the terace restaurant. Well we didn't have the time to wait till 7AM. We left around 6AM only so cannot comment on the quality. But they can arrange for eateries and tea-snacks on call from nearby. We ordered some tea after reaching there and it was ok. Good hotel as promised and recommended for stay.

The hotel is excellent. The service is top notch ( they gave us blanket even at 12am). The location is also good ( even better if you book room number 214). Even the staff did their job really well. For such high price you will get high quality service.

Ac was not working at all. Even after several requests they didn't bother to solve the problem. I even saw the same complaints from other rooms too.

Just called the hotel to check and book sea view room since the bookings are already full for the day I'm looking for. Just to confirm immediately kept my wife in conference. The way the manager received the call is very rude and just because asking for information the manager replied back asking me in a rude high tone if I'm a travel agent. Felt really disgusting for adding my wife in that call and didn't expect this kind of receiving before even booking the hotel. The hotel situated in a prime location having a very good view to the sea but what is use if this how rude and aggressive that hotel manager answering the calls. That manager even saying that his high tone is a gift of God. Appreciate that. "Hiel Your High Tone". If you check below reviews you will find one more review given for manager saying his receiving and answering is not proper. So it's just not me who had bad experience there are other people as well. Thank you very much for the hospitality in receiving the call.
