OYO Flagship 66623 Corniche Hotel Vizag

Here, Management is not using generator whenever there is power cut. No heater available in my room. TV Cable is not working. I stayed around 4 hours without power. Toilet spray gun is not working. I couldn't able to sleep properly. Really it's a bad experience. If anyone want the same experience you can go 😉

Worst service by the room boys .they switch off the ac so many time becoz we wake hime up and asked for water bottle.dont ever or never visit dis place

It's an excellent place to stay and also very near to fun places like Rushikonda Beach, Water games and also Zoological park. Main Advantage is located in a beautiful nature and also very easy connectivity to primary locations and very affordable in price. And staff is also good and room service is excellent

Worst experience I had with this hotel my sincere suggestion don't visit this hotel for stay they will not provide even hot water in winter season there is no service boys for fullfill the requests and amenities for supply if we request for soap receptionist Karthik Said that buy from out side, he don't know how to speek with guest he shows the bad attitude behaviour towards the guest overall dam hotel.

Waste of money don't pay advance as prior they collect full amount while check in time rooms are not good linen is not changed already used bedsheet they placed on bed they can't provide duve in room there no spray gun for WC toilet mainly the person Karthik worst behaviour he kick out the guest before the check out time don't stay in this hotel better avoid stay in another hotel below the position feedback are not genuine.

Cleanliness : Good Staff behaviour : very poor The staff , especially the receptionist is very unruly .He doesnt even know how to be professional at work. OYO disappointed again . Careful if you are from other state .I hope the staff grooms up themselves quickly and treat guests well .

Worst stay experience ever. There were 2 rogues at the gate of the property who misbehaved with me as i reached the premises. They declared that there were no rooms and I mentioned I had a OYO booking. One of the guys eased up but the other thug lied that he had corona and I could stay at my own risk. The guy who eased up politely asked me to wait and then allotted the room to me. He tried justifying their actions that I deserved it since I ignored them sitting at the gate and was heading to the Hotel counter!!! It was late and i did not want to hassle myself so I just put up with it. The room was a decent one but there was no soap in the bathroom and the AC was not functional. Since it was just for a night after an exhausting day I did not venture looking for another place. Besides i paid for the entire thing already and Oyo is horrible on refunds. In the morning as I was about to check out, they asked me to see if the app reflected the check out I opened it and they quickly gave themselves a 5 star rating and submitted it. I would have given them a 3 maybe as from a oyo standard that is what it deserved. Maybe 1 when compared to other hotels. It is then that I resolved to write this detailed review about the rogues and their disgusting conduct. Oyo is value and I do not expect the level of service as in a decent hotel. However, this was disgusting. So things to note 1. Do not book the place . 2. If you do and end up there, do not get into arguments with these "gentlemen". 3. Carry your own soap. 4. There are no eateries around so do not expect anything on that front either. Your morning coffee or tea is not an option.

Clean rooms, nice place to stay with peace. But the same is horrible part. Almost no transport is available. I booked it for 3 nights via MMT, while booking it shows under rules, "no outside food is allowed". That was was a good joke, as this hotel has no restaurant. No tea. No restaurants nearby. You have to order food via swiggy or zomato. Dominos denied to serve at the location. After getting food from outside, they provided some plates to eat, but bowl, spoon, glasses etc.... dont expect. Another worst part is, no basic amenities like toiletries, towels were given. After asking they given one for two rooms in all three days. They didn't changed linen in all the three days. No glass were given to drink water. No mosquito repellent. No drinking water was available. Purchased all time bottled water. But the behavior of staffs were good.
