Hotel was good. I am here from last 2 decade's. was excellent. Food also good. Especially front desk staff are very cooperative. Kudos to entire Management. Rooms are very spacious.|All the best for Entire team and good location value for your money.

Good hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom a bit smelly. Excellent receptionists. The auto rickshaw drivers mostly don't know where it is, so consider the 22 minute walk if coming from/ going to the Railway Station.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people with Complimentary Breakfast. 1. Rooms - Basic amenities were missing like, Dental care , Tea/ Coffee sachets. The extra bed given to us was bad & carried some infectious odour. Next day, he fell sick sneezing the whole day. Water Bottle for 3 people - Only 1 ltr given 2.Service: 1. Towels were served after we asked. 2.Tea/ Coffee sachets given after we asked for it 3.Complimentary breakfast - Buffet was not available 4.On Day 1, Only 1 item from breakfast was given, tea / coffee was not included. 5.The reception staff behaviour was rude, he wasn't empathetic towards his approach.Because family was coming over, we stayed there otherwise, his behaviour showed he is the king & he can throw us out any moment as the hotel is full...He did not care about guest. For the kind of amount charged, its overly priced / not well maintained property, they don't care for guests, no buffet breakfast.

I just stayed at Treebo Trend Green Tree, Visakhapatnam and loved it. Professional and efficient service made check-in easy. They were very flexible, meeting all my wants and desires. The accommodation was large, clean, and had all the conveniences. The comfy bed helped me sleep. My stay at Treebo Trend Green Tree was amazing. This hotel has excellent service, nice accommodations, and delicious food, which is unusual. I suggest it to anybody searching for a memorable Visakhapatnam stay.

The rooms are good , but the staffs are very nonsense. They don't know how to behave, also they don't provide room services also . They don't give plates if you bring outside foods. Apart from everything, the behaviour of the hotel staffs are really very aggressive. Seems to be like they don't want anybody to stay in their hotel.

Room No. 107: They mentioned it's a 3-star property, but the general rooms are far better than this. 1. The AC is not working properly and is generating a lot of noise. 2. Self-service is required for amenities like water, etc., and for breakfast, we paid an additional amount online, but the menu is very limited with only 2 items, one piece each. We might get a better breakfast outside for the same amount paid online. 3. If you take food from outside, they do not provide a plate for your dinner. 4. The hotel doesn't provide soap/shampoo, and they charge for the dental kit. 5. If there are 2 or 3 members, they will only provide one dirty towel. 6. The regular tap is not working for the bath, and they recommend using the shower. 7. There is an odor in the room and bathroom; even public toilets smell better. 8. Roadside pillows are far better than what they offer here. 9. The landline is not in working condition.

Had a fantastic stay at Treebo Trend Green Tree! Staff was warm and attentive, rooms were comfy and well-decorated. Delicious breakfast, convenient location, and top-notch hygiene measures. Highly recommend!

I'm quite surprised to see such amazing reviews on google and fell for the trap. Bathroom is pathetic, exhaust doesn't work, geaser connection is attached with other room so no hot water facility on time, buckets and mug smell and look dirty. Doors have no proper latch. Sorry but my stay with this hotel@ vizag was extremely disappointing!!
