Treebo Hotel CoolRiver

It was a very bad experience. The property has everything but proper maintenance and service which is the key aspect of hotel business. The rooms are very small and absolutely not worthy spending money on it. Bathrooms were not clean and hygiene enough. They don't have properly trained house keeping staffs and don't maintain the regular cleanliness of the rooms even asked for it. Breakfast (complimentary) arrangement is awful compared to any other standard Business hotels. However, they told that they were going through a change in their management which caused above service issues. But as a guest what we went through for 4 days, those experiences could never be wiped off. Good things: They have smart tv in the rooms. They have a very good restaurant called 'Delish Express' from where they arrange food orders for lunch/snacks/dinner and their foods taste really good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was below standard, which was disappointing. Hygiene should always be a top priority, especially in hospitality. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and upkeep to match the expectations of their guests.

Worst Experience at Treebo Cool River, Visakhapatnam – Potential Scam Alert I recently stayed at Treebo Cool River in Visakhapatnam, and it was an unpleasant experience from the start. Room num 401 Scam Alert: The incident gave me the impression that they were trying to fabricate a situation to extort money or create unnecessary conflict. I strongly recommend avoiding Treebo Cool River. Unhygienic Rooms: Upon checking in at 11:30 PM, I noticed tiny hair on the bedsheets and requested the staff to replace them. While changing, I observed red stains on the bed and requested a complete replacement of the bedding. Unclean Dining: The breakfast service was equally disappointing. The plates were greasy and not cleaned properly. Some plates even had leftover food stuck at the edges, and I found hair in the breakfast served. I reported it to the staff but avoided creating a scene. Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior: At the time of checkout, a staff member asked me to accompany him to the room. Initially calm, he suddenly started shouting at the cleaning staff and questioning me about the red stain on the bed. When I clarified that I had already reported it the previous night, he falsely claimed I only mentioned hair and not the stain. The situation escalated as the staff member began shouting, accusing me, and even threatened that I would not be able to leave with my vehicle. His behavior was intimidating and unprofessional, raising serious concerns about the hotel’s practices. Final Verdict: Poor hygiene, rude staff, and potential scam tactics make Treebo Cool River an unsafe and unreliable option.

Rooms are dirty... especially sampoo and body lotion expire they never check properly ....this hotel is good for boose...for short term stay it is ok....once check in plz check bathroom and shower gel and body lotion and towels

Rooms are not maintained properly. Bathroom door lock was broken. Main door lock was not functioning properly. Room was filled with cockroaches. Beds not comfortable to sleep and it was very dirty. Room 104. Strange thing is how can they allot the room to us even aftr knowing these problems. Never going to book here again.

It is situated opposite to our residential complex.As it is located in the heart of the city and nearby by Vizag bus stand its occupancy rate is high with the visitors of visakhapatnam
