Very bad hotel worst hotel ..Firstly while taking the room they will talk to u nicely afterwards there behaviour is worst.. nd there owner dont know how to talk to the customer worst fellow ..Very bad hotel dont take room here ......

Pros:-Well located and easy to access, Hotel staffs are quite friendly and supportive,affordable room tariffs Cons:-Price is bit higher than a hotel that I found at a cheaper price and also quite better than this. There are some basic issues that I found in this hotel. It needs basic renovations like coloring, maintainance of A/Cs and other furniture and fixtures. The issues that I faced are Rooms are hardly clean on regular basis with changed bedsheets, pillow cover and towels, bathroom is dirty even you will find some cockroaches😄, no water was coming from basin and toilet flush, Broken hand sprayer, Room always stinks with external odours etc. Apart from these the receptionist charged Rs. 300 for early check in and was like forcing to rate well then and there while doing my check out which I really didn't like. My rating must be honest by myself. My review will help them improve all these cited aspects to give a customer the best experience.

Good place to stay. We checked in there late night, the owner was a good guy and didn't had any issues. Room condition was good and it was comfortable. Parking was outside infront of the hotel.

Worsssst experience…. They didn’t provide WiFi. The guy is like …. they don’t care about customers, very rude behaviour. No TV remote. AC throwing water outside. I couldn’t sleep well. I checked out before the time.

Clean rooms. Hotel staffs are friendly and very supportive. Hand Wash you have to carry. Soap only they give. Hot water is available in bathroom. Hotel location is best since it is in the middle of market and near to chitralaya mall with INOX theatre.

I think the look and feel of the place was not very nice. The room didnt have a clean sheet to sleep on and the surroundings in the building were not very pleasant. Would not recommend. Not worth the money at all.

Guys do not book this room, for any cost I booked it in OYO and they said it is not available later they asked extra money, later the room was pathetic staff do not help A/C not working Cleanliness zero cockroach, bath room is not cleaned never book this hotel in OYO

Poor room ambience, poor facilities, over priced, poor maintenance of washroom, worst room service. Hated my stay there.. suggest no one to visit this hotel come what may!
