NillI would rate the rooms a bit higher but not three. The rooms have a heavy stench of mold and dampness. The staff was polite. But they wouldn't take bookings online. Will ask you to walkin or book on phone with a pre payment. The location it is in is decent and more accessible to all major tourist attractions.
