Hotel Grand

Hotel is located at busy market place. Of course there is parking place. Rooms were clean, though were slightly small or cramped, especially if you need extra bed. Food was reasonable, for dinner and breakfast. Dining space is also little cramped if all the guests come at the same time. The service and attitude can be better.

Hotel Grand is the finest Hotel in Bomdila situated in the centre of city. Rooms are neat and clean. Efficient room service. They provide even dental kits with other toileteries. Modern room decoration and cozy layout. Tea pot and tea,coffee, sugar are also provided. Excellent food quality at a very reasonable rate. Free breakfast. We were served excellent Aloo paratha ,Poha with many other varieties. The desk manager Mr. Lusang is an excellent person always ready to help and guide and help solving our problem. I had a very satisfactory and happy experience with Grand Hotel.

1. Food options were limited and food was not good. 2. Our room window was overlooking a small dumpyard. 3. Hotel receptionist is immature and is just a placeholder to fill in for a receptionist. 4. Even a request for a hand towel was dismissed saying only two towels are given 5. Bathrooms were very small to even stand and properly have a shower. 6. Request for a better room was handled poorly.

We were 18, mostly senior citizens toured Northeast from 4th to 15th November 2024. Just opp to mi Monestry. Too good an area. Thank you Mr. Grand

The receptionist lacks the basic training and etiquettes to acknowledge a simple request for a king sized bed despite the availability. We found out from our other travel mates that they got allocated the rooms with not only the king size beds but with hill views even when they came much later than us. Our room was on the side of the dumpyard with a view against the guest house and other buildings in a small town located amidst mountains. The fact that he lied through his teeth twice when we asked left a distasteful experience. He was also quick to throw a statement that "if you didn't like the hotel you could have chosen another one" after we expressed our disappointment. We have just travelled 7 hours from Tawang and imagine this coming your way. A boy in 20s with that attitude shouldn't be there in such an industry or that role. It's a small town but we didn't face any such problems in similar towns in Northeast. The hotel is just a building with unclean rooms, extra small bathrooms, without hand towels, unimaginably basic food if you have a MMT package and utterly brainless staff who can ask why do need a king sized bed (this was the owner himself) in that village building. I regret I stayed there. Never have faced such an attitude from any hotel I have stayed across country.

Rooms are nice. Food quality is very good. Nicely located. Service is really good.

It's very close to the market place. The rooms are neat and clean. So do not expect any view from the hotel room. The food is descent and service is good.

One of the best in the business.. Truly humbled by their love..was just for a layover and it was worth gold 🥇 staff service everything on point ☝️
