Excellent resort with mind blowing view. Rooms are huge and spacious. Staff services are great. Housekeeping team are very quick and attend in minute. Food quality is above average. Some areas of improvement: Breakfast has only 1-2 items Elevator is under construction Dear verall at RS 5000 a room night it is great value for money

amazing stay @ Norphel Retreat. We stayed in the suite. The view from the balcony was amazing. The housekeeping was very neatly done. Most of all, big thumbs up to Vikas, the F&B Manager and his team for providing the best possible hospitality and great service till late night with a smile. And the food was again way too good. It's been a day since I am back from the trip and already I am planning to visit again.

Excellent hotel to stay at Dirang, probably the best. Good hospitality and neat and clean ambience is the main attraction. Rooms are quite spacious and nicely decored. Room service is excellent. Restaurant facility is good and quality of food is also satisfactory. Kiwi garden within the premises is an added attraction. Scenic beauty from the hotel is mindblowing.

OMG, all the aches gone away, when we landed there. Perfect location. Perfect hospitality. Beauty at its best. I couldn't forget the person in the restaurant, served us, and only us. Yes. He took such a pain for our menu and served smilingly, BTW, we were the only guests at that day. Private balcony. River view. We badly wanted to stay one more night. Even we enjoyed the thousands of insects around. We really loved this place.

Location is good. Rooms do not fulfil the criteria of super deluxe and premium categories. Extremely understaffed. Very horrible experience at the restaurant. You are kept waiting for an hour before food is served, although order Is placed about 3 hours prior. You don't even get the items ordered. Rooms are ill maintained. A bitter experience altogether.

Very nice and spacious rooms.View from the balcony was mesmerising.Breakfast was not so elaborate however manageable. Dinner was tasty mostly we tried Indian and Chinese cuisines.Local fruit wine was nice.Hotel Building stands apart in the valley.Which gives excellent photos added to your memory.

It is a substantial property that was designed quite well in keeping with the local Buddhist traditions. However the feeling of grandeur quickly gives way to disappointment as one goes inside and proceeds towards the rooms. It is almost as if the owner started with a big dream and than ran out of money midway. The huge lobby is bare, the rooms are very sparsely furnished with only basic furniture. Basic equipments like room heaters do not work. The quality of service is decent, but often one is frustrated by unresponsive staff, particularly the managers.

while location is off the beaten path the surroundings are picture perfect, great in terms of size of suites, though absense of elevator (understand that one will be built in the future) may be an issue for senior citizens. Food is homely and tasty although limited in terms of variety. Staff courteous and willing to please
