Hotel SC Continental

Good spacious room but lacs maintenance, the bed mattress needs to be replaced as u can see there is a dip in the centre. Food quality is very good and hygienic.

The 5 star reviews must be absolutely fake. The hotel looks great on the pics but the reality is totally different. Rooms and bathrooms are run down public spaces dirty and dusty. Rooms were 4000 but hardly worth half of it. 2000 is already overpriced. Breakfast was ok but only Poori. so no choice.

Had pathetic experience. It was a terrible and horrified night we have spent in this hotel. We stayed here for one night. After sometimes we realized that the room is not at all clean but we adjusted as we had a plan to leave early morning. Around 12.30 at night I was in deep sleep and felt something on my leg.. Was so scared.. I just shouted.. Tre was a bat scrolling on my leg. Both my kids was terrified. Tre was no one to help us. After an hour or so one gatekeeper came and taken the bat away. Just after that the fan and light wasn't working. Again the same person cane and helped us. Mcp was down. Never faced so many problems during a hotel stay. Next day i was looking for the manager so many times but he wasn't bother to come and apologize. Actually no one was bothered to apologize on hotels behalf. Please avoid this hotel if you r with your family

Shabby rooms and corridors. Playing loud music outside room in the lawn even after 11pm at night! There are tourists who come from far off places think about their comfort as well! Booked it from cleartrip where lift was added in amenities but guys there is no lift in the hotel. Its actually sc grand hotel!

Great customer service. Delicious meals prepared in the restaurant, clean and well maintained rooms, Courteous Manager & staff were real quick in service. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Truly appreciate the extra efforts to upgrade and sharing a reliable driver's sevices. Thanks a million!

Rooms are spacious and perfect for business trip. Perfect view of Itanagar city from room's window. Service is good but bit delayed in responding. They got a very nicely located in-house restaurant. Overall had a perfect stay at the Hotel. RECOMMENDED
