The place is quiet and calm inside the forest. However, following issues bothered me: 1. Swimming pools lack continued flow of water. Stagnant waters became hotter and dirtier after few hours, especially in children's pool. There should be provisions for continued water flow into the pools. 2. The quality of foods, especially the fried rice were not upto the mark. However, the beverages were good.

Dear proprietor of Donyi hango camp I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of the staff during my recent visit to resort . Unfortunately, I encountered several instances that I believe reflect poorly on your establishment’s commitment to professionalism and guest relations. During my stay, I noticed that the staff did not exhibit the level of professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. On one occasion, while my friends and I were enjoying an evening around the bonfire, we were approached in an abrupt and unprofessional manner by a staff member who requested that we vacate the area. The tone and approach of this request were disheartening and detracted from what should have been an enjoyable experience. I believe that addressing these behavioral concerns is paramount to maintaining your establishment's reputation and ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected. I hope you will consider this feedback and take appropriate measures to enhance staff training and communication skills. Thank you for your attention to this matter. and i promise what ever happens i will never suggest any one to visit in this resort. People use to say tribal People are very good and honest but after visit your resort i realized that tribal People are not good and their behavior and manners are still like jungles. Definitely you have good business good house and car wearing nice dress, so its doesn't mean you are civilized learn some manners and teach your staff also and be civilized.

Tents are old. Lack of hot water. Staffs are not good at all. Never try crispy baby corn. Very less options in menu. Soft drinks are not available. Tents rate are little bit higher.

Worst experience, No water till 8:30am Too expensive food but quality poor And the owner asked us to leave without freshening up as there was no water. The receptionist was good, he tried to manage the situation but highly don’t recommend this place.

Location is beautiful. But housekeeping and Room service is very poor. Room full of dust and mites and got allergy. Never stay in resort and camp here.

This is the third time I've stayed here, The service and room has improved quite a lot but needs further improvements in respect to cleanliness, excellent ambience, food and service needs to be improved.
