This place has a parking on the ground floor as bikers it's a must for me and my group. Person of contact for us was Prasanta. He is a humble guy. He made our stay easy. Food is available on the site as per your order that you place in advance . There is a dining room or you can choose to have your meal in your room . Room heaters , water geyser and a kettle in every room. The rooms are spacious and every floor has a common balcony. There is a washing machine on the terrace that's free to use and also lines to dry your clothes on . Again very helpful for us bikers. All in all I would definitely come back to stay here.

Thanks to Prasanta Kalita who took care of our stay. stay is reachable and visiting places are easily approachable. Thanks to bulbul family for providing delicious food during our stay which kept my tummy full. thanks guys for the nice hospitality.

When we checked in, the room they gave us was the smallest they had, not what we had paid for, the sheets were dirty, pillow covers full of hair. Food was below average. One item per meal even though we were on MAP plan. Please don't choose this place. Not a place you'd want to return to after touring the whole day.

It’s a new property and the room was clean although they had no help and did not clean or make up the beds next morning. The manager promised us hot water and a heater but no hot water and a broken heater that would not work because there was no power and he would not turn on the generator. I would stay away from this property. I want to give kudos to 2 young girls who were helping out the manager.

Mr.Prasant(Manager) is a great asset to this hotel! Very humble and tries to make sure all our needs are fullfilled! He also cooks Veg.Biriyani deliciously 👌 Rooms are sufficient for 2 and bathrooms very well cleaned! Only issue is they dont have lift in hotel.. and Frequent power cuts and low voltage which makes heater in the room almost useless, though can't blame them for this, as the whole city goes dark due to power cuts. Over all, great stay! Humble people and good food!

Food quality and quality (especially for MAP plan) is not up to the mark. Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis if your stay is more than 1 day. Overall not happy with the service and property.
