OYO 67530 Hotel Pemaling

We stayed there on 18.11.23 to 20.11.23. The behavior of the hotel owner is very good. But they need to hire some stuff to improve the service. The owner and his wife is operating the hotel. They tried their best but need some improvements in case of service. The conditions of room heater is poor. They have generator and 24hrs hot water supply even in washbasin also. Rooms are neat and clean.

It is centrally located on first floor with 11 rooms in Nehru Market, Tawang. The Rooms are maintained in good condition, the linens were clean. The hotel is managed by sober soft spoken and generous staff. A little chat with staff made me feel comfortable in a completely new place with different culture & custom. Check-in in Hotel Pemaling was an unplanned one because of Goibibo as my original booking in Mandala was not honored. I wish Hotel Pemaling flourishes and I may have another opportunity to enjoy its hospitality. Goibibo services were of poorest class in my case.

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The owner is a very sly fellow who'll try to fool you in all possible ways. 1. The rooms are very small and extremely overpriced 2. The food is not eatable at all 3. The bucket provided in our room was an old paint container 4. The towels had stains on it and when we asked for new ones, even those were stained 5. The owner lied to us that we can't go to Bumla by booking taxi on our own had to book via him. He also said we can't visit local Tawang in the Assam taxi that we came in and that we had to book through him to even visit local Tawang 6. They charged 500 per night for a heater when the whole of Tawang charges at max 200 per night. And the heater barely worked I would suggest not to book this hotel ever

I stayed there in April 2021, with my family. Worst hotel l have stayed in life. Charging Rs 500 per day for blower, improperly ventilation in room. A very small geyser so that after one person takes bath , other has to wait for 15 minutes so that the water gets heated . Worst food, the boy who cleans the room , corridors etc will also prepare the breakfast in kitchen. Torn and unclean towels, unhygienic bed sheets, blanket. A paint bucket was there in the bathroom to take bath . Please if you want to enjoy Tawang don’t stay here . The owner will try to convince you to use their travel agent’s vehicle to go to Bumla Pass etc . Please avoid this Hotel so that you can enjoy Tawang.

Worst hotel in Tawang. Don't rely on other reviews. Never stay in this hotel. They provide worst food not eatable by anyone. Even torn towel in the room as well as a smelly room. They also forcefully charge Rs 1000 for heater for 2 night stay. Had worst experience in Tawang because of this hotel.
