Hotel Ugyenling

Worst experience. Rooms were very dirty and stinky. Food quality worst. Very much unhygienic. Staff very non cooperative and bad service.

The place is fine, we loved the overall services and food over there We took 3 rooms for 1 day and we felt it was worth paying. The room heater has to be repaired, none of them worked fine.

Nice hotel, managed by two people. Very friendly. Clean and curtious staff. Has a small restaurant run by a lady. We have to order 2-3 hrs before. She keep it ready. Instant service only Maggie, tea etc

It was a wonderful location, very close to the old market. But the problem was with the Buddhist scroll in the circle. It keeps ringing the bell 24x7 and night becomes really hard with the noise. Otherwise, rooms are recently painted and services are also okay. In-house restaurant service was really good.

The hotel is in reopening phase, the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at best location, everything is nearby. The hotel also arranged the Bum La pass permit and taxi for us. Taxi driver was an ex-army retired preson, very friendly. Food was also very good, they can make anything you want given the ingredients are available in the local market. Our 3 day Tawang trip was amazing experience thanks to them.

Tawang is a small city with not many options to stay. We reached Ugyenling after checking out a couple of hotels on the main road. They were over expensive so we decided to look further. The 2 main reasons we decided to stay here are price and location. We got a room on the top floor with balcony for around 1500 Rs. The hotel is located on one of the major round-abouts in the city. Do not expect great views, one can relax in the balcony. The food in the restaurant was decent and service was OK. The entire place is run by a family and a strict lady boss.||||Rooms were not great. Walls were humid and there was a dingy feel to the room. Beds were also not impeccably clean.||||To be honest, I would like to explore more options in future and would think twice before coming here again.

Very good place, rooms are neat and clean, restaurant inside the hotel, nice food. Guy in reception is so kind and helpful, he got us pass for Bumla pass in the same day, good one
