Hotel Tawang Heights

1. Location is perfect with extraordinary views. 2. Staff is helpful in basic needs. 3. Hot water can be made available for a longer period of time , current span only provides a bucket. 4. Service can be improved in terms of more adaptability to customer's need - Kitchen closes at 8 , No Cleaning after 12:00 PM , No Availability of Laundry or basic ironing services. 5. The structure is compact and could lead to higher surrounding noises from other rooms, soundproof curtains will go a long way.

One of our dream destinations was Arunachal Pradesh and it was 7N/8D trip which was a fantastic experience. We had a stay at Tawang for 3 days, at Tawang Heights. This is a beautiful hotel, with cozy rooms and excellent hospitality. Located in the center of the city, it has got small, but still spacious rooms. Tawang Heights is one of the many hotels which has a fantastic heaters to keep us warm even in the shivering cold. Food is great. Cleanly maintained rooms. They also offer the day trip to Bum La Pass, the driver was very polite and helpful. Women power reigns here all over in Arunachal Pradesh. From managing to serving to accounts to booking, girls took care of whole of Tawang Heights. They also offer a traditional dress wearing for just Rs. 100 and also have tickets for folk dance show at a very affordable price. We stayed there for 3 days, we felt as though we stayed very much at our home. Thanks to the excellent hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel. There are also many shopping area nearby and also at the walking distance.

This hotel is just above the market place and is at a walking distance - staff is helpful but there is a lack of professionalism in house keeping and cleanliness. Rooms are very small but considering the remote location, it has a moderately good restaurant and can serve buffet breakfast to around 50+ guests. Chefs need better training to prepare common dishes though ....

I stayed here for two nights with family. Overall experience was nice but electricity failure was there for quite a few hours. Staff was very good and rooms were nice. Room heater was a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent. Manager was efficient and courteous. Food was a little high priced as compared to what was available in the market. Overall a pleasant experience….Taposh

Staff are very courteous and prompt. I really appreciate all their efforts in making every guest stay comfortable. Only issue I faced was smoking smell in the bathroom and living room which made our stay little unpleasant as we all are non smokers

Had a very good stay. Located quite close to the market a very clean hotel with a clean restaurant and excellent staff. Tasted their northern and local dishes. Very good. Real test of efficiency comes when there are a lot of guests. We saw a smiling staff refilling the trays as soon they got empty, inspite of the restaurant being fully packed to standing capacity.

All staffs are enthusiastic. They provide dedicated services on consistent basis. We (myself , my spouse and daughter) stayed in this hotel on 18th, 19th & 20th Nov 24. We all are 100 % satisfied with their facilities and room services, food quality. We travelled from Mumbai. P K Das

Hot water anytime is good, photos are dipicting their culture, The information is fulfilling the needs. I really like the people over there by serving our favourite food on the menu. We could experience their culture by trying on their attire (of monpa tribels) we really had best time staying there.
