"Dear Indsuriya Hotel Team, I recently had the pleasure of hosting a wedding reception at your hotel, and I must say that the overall experience was good. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the food was delicious. However, I did notice a few areas that could use some improvement. The rooms could be kept a bit cleaner and more hygienic. Additionally, some modifications to the room layout and decor would enhance the overall ambiance. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's management and staff were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The food was a highlight, and our guests enjoyed it immensely. Overall, I would recommend the Indsuriya Hotel to others, and I look forward to seeing some improvements in the areas I mentioned.

Stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Rooms: Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Staff: Courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. Food: Great quality, with a variety of options available. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. Hospitality: I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing cup of tea upon arrival, which set the tone for a great stay. Location: Ideally situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore Dibrugarh. Facilities: Parking space is available, adding to the convenience for travelers with vehicles. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dibrugarh—perfect for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Rooms are less illuminated. Only one plug socket, drawers don't have handle,washroom geyser doesn't work, water flow would take 30 min for 20 ltr. Room service was delayed, cold food served for breakfast even on prior information. Rooms are spacious but without proper lights and electric outlets useless.

It is a very good hotel for friends as well as couples, the behaviour of the staff is also very good and the rooms are also kept clean.

I conducted a training program in this hotel for five days. I found food, accommodation and other services very good and well maintained. The staff of the hotel were very helpful. And it is located in the centre of the city, where all major shops are at walkable distance.
