Stayed for two days and got the excellent service. Clean rooms and the quality of food is awesome which also tastes great. Perhaps the best in dibrugarh town. The price is a bit on a higher side as compared to the other hotels.. But you need to compromise on some things for the service that you are being delivered N.B. Staff is quite friendly and you would feel a homely environment.

Not recommended. When I entered, there was no towel in the washroom. The phone wasn't working, and when I went down to the reception, i was given a business card so that I can call them from my mobile for anything. The receptionist told me that the breakfast starts at 8 am in the morning, and I can have it in their restaurant. I went to the restaurant at 8:45 am, and absolutely no one was there from the hotel, no one! When I came down to the reception again, they said the chef didn't reach on time, hence they couldn't set up the buffet. Extremely unprofessional.

Have booked 2 rooms on 11th Aug for 4th Sept to 7th Sept…At that time they have confirmed bookings also…Today I have called them to confirm tariff of another room which was not asked during booking but they had denied bookings in my name for that stipulated dates…As per them their earlier manager was left job hence this disconnect had happened…Hotel personnel supposed to call me at 1 PM but have not received call till now even did not response to my several calls…This kind of activity leads to breach of trust in front of public…Really very poor service… Too pathetic…

This room was not prepared. It had no towels, sheets on one bed hadnt been changed and the floors were dirty.No bottled water the empty tags were in the fridge It had obviously been overlooked and unprepared...

It is a very good hotel, the staff are also like friends, we liked it but the room services and housekeeping are a bit slow, please improve it a bit.🙏

Hotel infrastructure is good but services of the hotel doesn't meet the standard of a 3 star hotel also. However the restaurant of the hotel not only serves great food but the service of the staff there matches a 5 star experience
