This hotel was incredibly disappointing. Within just 10 minutes of checking in, we realized it was unacceptable. Despite requesting a partial refund, our concerns were ignored. The price did not reflect the poor facilities. The room reeked of alcohol, tobacco, and had a noticeable urine stain in the toilet. The bed sheets were clearly unwashed. We were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night as this one was simply unfit to operate. From the lack of hygiene to the inadequate staff response, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards.

Worst expirence ever, urine ordour room. And they charged 400 extra for my co-occupant before check out, which they failed to mention during check in. Staff thretend us to pay the extra amount before checkout. The room is also in poor state, with very bad urine odour coming out, bed also had hair from previous customers.

Im just surprised how this hotel still run as it failed to meet even the most basic hygiene standards. Cockroah are roming around, unwash toilet and bedsheet. The accomodation did not meet the price for the room. Please do yourself a favour and dont saty at this hotel. You will find a better hotel with good hygiene routine at the same price

One of the worst hotels to stay with family. No cleanliness of the room. The rooms weren't dusted and smelled so bad when opened. The worst part is that the hotel was suggested by FAB which provides such good hotels but this one was an absolute failure. We didn't even order anything to eat just because of such low maintenance of the place, we were quite anxious regarding the food and drinks as well. Also the locality where it is situated was so horrible and the hotel looked quite shady. There was a dumpster just in front of the hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here at all.

Room is average, according to me the price is not match with the room and food is delivered from tandoorian restaurant.One of the worst hotel I ever visited. I took suit room, but ac was not properly working. Then changed room to DLX, but charged the same fare for suit. Bed sheet and all was very darty. Requested the room service to change, they did not bother, even manager of reception did not bother. Most importantly, did not provide the food bill after payment on repeated request. I will never advice or suggest anyone to visit this hotel.

I booked it for two days and completed the payment during booking. But next day it shows a pending amount for room upgradation which i haven't applied. I called the customer care and they removed it. But after i reach the hotel they asked me pay the amount and i was not allowed to check in otherwise. According to them, the room i want is not possible to get in the amount i paid. The app should show the correct amount otherwise we have to face such problems. The hotel staff were unprofessional and room was not clean at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Look for some other hotel.

I stayed here for a day.room 206 For hotel location it's good.newly made. 1.But no toiletries provided. 2.No water in tap,sink and toilet there was working.but for bathing no water. 3.Mosquitoes are there and they turn off the ac from receiption .it didn't started. 4.There kitchen and room service is 5 star.Food is very good, polite staff. 5.Kitchen person is very polite and take order as per your need. 6.Check you bed Lenin's before had.some were dirty. 7. Room is very clean and tidy.washroom is clean.

Worst hotel ever. I booked a room with family. Dirty room with dirty toilets. Bad smell all over. Never ever book this hotel if you want comfortable stay. Rude behaviour by staff . First I asked for room change they refused. After that I decided to change the hotel. Then he showed me another room which is also dirty.
