Hotel Shoolin Grand

The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, they checked on us regularly if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The service was prompt and most importantly the food there was simply awesome, every dish was on point and super tasty. Overall, the ambience the decorations everything was pretty and nice. Had a great experience.

I am enjoying a lot. Hotel staff is very good. They did behave a very politely. Mr soman is very good man as per his conversation. Finally I will recommend to other people please at least one time saty there. If visit the guwahati. Thanks to all hotel shoolin staff.

The rooms are aesthetic. The staffs are polite but the location is worse. Its right at the centre of flooded Gauhati. Only the Ark of Noah can help you out of there when u need to leave the hotel. Not ola not uber and surely not your own vehicle

This 5 star rating is only for Mr Suman ji who is the restaurant manager for roots, he was very kind enough to understand my needs at the breakfast, I was very upset with the room service, housekeeping and the room, but only because this wonderful person my experience was changed upside down, because he understands what hospitality is and addresses the concerns of a guest, that itself shows his experience in customer centric career. Thank you so much Mr Suman for giving this exceptional experience at the end of 3 nights stay at this property.

Very bad experience..food was not so good.. bathroom & rooms were slippery..not properly cleaned.. Worst thing is: nearby room members were very much shouting whole night, till early morning ..despite complaint, no response from management & no receptionist was available at night.. we couldn't sleep for whole night.. Worst experience of life in hotel stay..

The place feels homely specially the staff….the restaurant is also too good and the people there provide very good service…..from the fmd manager Suman and his team to the receptionist all of them are so friendly and well mannered

I had a very nice stay. Mr. Arvind from reception is very professional. Restaurants are good. Hotel staffs are very polite.
