Nice hotel reception with amicable staff. Good room for family of three but less spacious. Good double bed with bed linen. Toilets and bathroom are clean with adequate toiletries. Cold and Hot water shower avalable. Free WiFi and Parking facilities. Complimentary breakfast with variety of options to eat. Lift available.

Decent stay with a well known brand name. It's a bit interior so no market access and not easy to see even in broad day light. Market is roughly 2-3 kms away. Good food, decent stay. Needs improvement on room stay services such as quality of room and key access specifically.

The service was excellent. The staff was kind and cooperative. The food tasted very good, just like home food. The rooms have ample space and there's a window which is amazing for Sunlight. Overall, a great place and would Definitely recommend staying here. Thank You, Ginger ☺️

The entire hotel staff is very much helpful and cooperative. Room are well maintain and clean by housekeeping staff (Paduni, Dhiraj, utpal, Atul) Location is good and it would be better, if road will be clean from garbage. In short stay is good and when ever I visit to Guwahati I preferred as it is also budget friendly.

We stayed with a group of about 30 tourists from Chennai, last week 19.8.2025). It is a old building, renovated .Building maintenance is poor. The restaurant has not handled such a big crowd at a time it seems. They were not able to arrange break fast for all the people in buffet, no sufficient cutleries in stock for a big crowd. But In overall a reasonably decent hotel in Guwahati.

The entire hotel staff is very much helpful and cooperative. Although rooms are bit old and need rennovation but fully maintained and clean. breakfast buffet menu needs some variety and additions. Only downside is the approach from Main Road until the hotel which is completely covered in garbage and rotting smell, if ignored Ginger Guwahati is one of the best place to stay. Will visit again.

The Hotel is good. Their rooms are clean, staffs are cooperative and the must mention thing is delicious food. They didn't provide Dental Kit during my stay.
