Cygnett Inn Imperial

I visited Tezpur with my family and stayed at Cygnett Inn. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. All the facilities were there including a hair dryer and a fridge; which was very convenient for me as we were travelling with a baby and could store her milk in the fridge. ||All the food we ate there were pretty tasty. The breakfast buffet was quite awesome as well. The food choices were countless. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely visit again.

I went to cygnett with my family for dinner. Me and my famiy got great experience from here. Food is very good like homestyle. And the staff are great. Monisankar is a very great person, i really like his hosting. I will recommend this hotel for dining and visit.

The hotel is well located and has friendly staff especially Himashree. She is professional and very helpful. Overall good experience. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Food and ambience is all very good. I would definitely recommend.

Chef anjan and guna and akashi and team served us excellent food, even the south Indian dishes were up to the mark...being south Indians we were longing for our food and enjoyed. Chef Anjan took personal interest in checking on the guests about the food. Thank you team and Good luck.

We stayed there for one night recently. Overall , It was a pleasant experience. The club room which was allotted, was quite spacious , well furnished and presented a reasonably good view of the distant landscape. Hotel staff were courteous and prompt in service. There was an issue with hot water supply but we were promptly provided with hot water on request. Breakfast spread was okay. We did not stay long enough to comment on the overall quality of restaurant but taste of food served to us was fairly good. The location is great with almost all the malls of Tezpur below/adjacent to the hotel. One suggestion to the hotel management: Please arrange for reinforcing the floor railings with glass or similar arrangement to make it safer specially for kids . Anyway ,Hoping to visit the hotel again in near future.

I really enjoyed with my friends to Metro Bar. Food was very good, specially mention Bar Manager Mr.Monisankar and Bartenders Mr. Prem, Mr.Pawan for their good service, good behaviour and good hospitality. I will recommend this bar for dinning and cocktail party. Thank you Cygnett Inn 😊

Our team stayed in this hotel before going to onwards journey. Few things I want to highlight as recommendation to stay. (a) Room services and laundry are highly appreciated. (b) Meal by chef was delicious to make your mood happy. (C) Bell boy was very quick to perform his job which was another appreciated. At last highly appreciated to a young lady Miss *Priyanka* in the serving staff for her commendable serving. Best wishes for her future
