Worst Hotel I ever Visited in my Life. I Recommend All of You who are visiting this Hotel Please Don't Stay at this Hotel. They don't have any Service and the Owner will say to Cancel your Oyo Booking and Pay at Hotel in Cash. Its owner thinks it's one of the best hotel in the Tezpur but I will Say this is one of the worst hotel I ever Visited in my life. There is no cleaning in the room and washroom, there is not any Dialing Service. Their washroom is too dirty and doesn't have any cleanliness in the room. I found a Big Forest spider , cockroach and a lizard in my Room so if you are a person like beard grills ( Man Vs Wild man ) then this hotel is for you because there are so many insects you will find in your room to eat. But if You are a person like me who likes hygiene at every place I suggest you not even dare to stay at this hotel even at the worst. I will sleep on the road instead of staying in a hotel like this. And Their Owner thinks he should charge Rs. 1000 per room per day for this kind of worst hotel. Please don't even think of staying at this hotel even if it charges you only Rs. 100 per day . I feel like I visited hell after visiting this hotel.

I supposed to pay INR-415/- for double occupancy as per the booking in my last stay at this hotel but the receiptioniest took INR-1200/- for double occupancy and he also mentioned that online rate is not applicable at hotel. It's not about the amount which i paid but the OYO shouldn't display the lower rate on online if can't provide the room at shown rate. Management should look into it and take necessary action for the same if management believes in hospitality.

They clearly declined my oyo booking and said that they won’t give us rooms on oyo rate if we want room then we have to give them 1500 per for ac room. They were mocking and laughing at me by saying who gives ac rooms in 5-600. Rudeness on another level 😡

Worst stay possible. Visit this hotel at your own risk. Small dirty rooms. Overpriced. The faucet in our toilet wasn't working and when we complained to the manager he was rude. And on top of that he was drunk. Holes in the bedsheet from cigarette stubs. Decided to leave after staying for an hour and had a fight and he charged us the full amount. Told this to the owner but no to no avail. Don't visit this hotel.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED Rooms and linens are not clean as expected by checking the pictures available online. Totally disappointed by the behaviour of the management staff. They asked for extra charge for the room that I booked online. I recommend not to book online just by looking at those pictures and only to book after checking the rooms directly at site.

Hotel Friends is quite centrally located with easy access to the local market just 2 minutes walk away. It has many rooms but when I visited it was packed with young tourists or travelers so I didn't have much choice of a room. The passages / corridors are narrow but the rooms have sufficient space to move around. They had run out of clean towels, so my request for another towel was met with apologies and a cloth piece instead. The Manager of the hotel is friendly and cooperative and may also give discount on the room rate of you request nicely. For food I would suggest to walk to the nearby market where you have few restaurants. If you are on a business visit then this hotel is Ok for a day or two stay.

Oyo go back because the hotel manager said there is no room below 500 and also said that who is Oyo to give discounts my hotel is my own property , he claimed that please don't come through Oyo it takes 30% commission after this arguments I did not stay there. I stayed in a 8by 4 room with one of my friend thanks to that friend because it was 8:30 at night and also I was going for a exam on the next day. Some other couples were also charged 1000 per room which were shown only 438 in the Oyo site I am thinking of uploading a video on social media site to make the people aware of such huge frauds with us every day.
