They didn't accept online booking. And charged double money. Plz terminate this hotel from OYO. And don't take online payment. If u want payment through online, they want 12% extra GST, Totaly monopoly they do. There are no car parking facility.

If there would be an option for negative rating would like to give that.Booked room through oyo app and paid when called at the hotel they refused saying they donot allow payment through oyo online app. @oyorooms would like to file a report in consumer court for the same.

Below is my experience. 1. Cleanliness: Very dirty. Towel and bed was too dirty. Looks like they are reusing the same bedsheet and towel for ages. 2. Staff: No staff present. I asked the reception for sending staff for luggage shifting and he declined saying no staff present. 3. Charges: Too high. Receptionist asked me to cancel oyo booking and pay saperately. Asked 1000 for one room per night. 4. Amenities: No lift. No intercom. Provided one towel and a soap. 5. Checkout timing: Very strict timing for checking out at 11. 6. Responsiveness: Reception was always present. I was able to check in at midnight. They provided phone number for reception to call directly by phone.

Denied check -in, Booked through Oyo and they said that they don't have online booking. Took the money and gave no room. The behaviour is very rude and when called customer care they said they couldn't refund. Don't ever stay at this hotel.

Worst experience ever....they said they don't have any online booking system! Where else I already pre-booked through oyo, idk why oyo collaborated with such kind of hotel... They took extra charge and money for such dirty and conjusted rooms... We couldn't even stay for a single hour inside the room...no ac available not even proper air flow or window! At first they were very rude and disrespectful to me and my family, later when we said we will be complaining against them....they tired to cool us down... But it's worthless...total waste of money... Just because it was urgent we took the room for an hour or so...other wise it's a complete horrible place for family people.

Best suggestion, DON'T VISIT THAT HOTEL The hotel owner's staff and everything is not good. 0% politeness One tribal-looking staff he even doesn't know how to speak polity. "oi de photo id, najano nki etc etc" And they don't follow OYO booking which is around Rs500. The real price starts from Rs 1000 + I was among those who did not believe the review and visited the hotel. But now I am writing review so that others can be careful. ____________________________________ Pesot postuat kori koi asu ja najaboe aitu hotel ot. Very rude behaviour of the owner. They don't have sense to talk with customers if you are booking online they directly denied the booking and then you have to book offline in their own price. Basic thing is morality i think they don't know about meaning of the word morality
