Hotel Diya International Pvt Ltd

We stayed here for just one night while traveling from Jaigaon to Lucknow, so here are our observations: Pros: 1) The hotel is just beside the highway so one can stay here and continue their journey if they don't wish to go inside the city. 2) They also take payments via UPI which is convenient during road trips. 3) We had tea in their restaurant and it was good. 4) Rooms are decent. Cons: 1) They don't have lift in the building, so it can be a problem for old family members. 2) They don't have closed parking, although there is a guard on duty at night. (it's totally your POV, for some it doesn't matter while for some it's a concern) 3) When we entered the hotel and went to reception we smelled bad odour (it was coming from the washroom, like public urinals), maybe it was just on that day but yes it was there. 4)The reception people are not rude but they have their own typical local style to communicate with you, some might feel it weird but it's how they talk. It's not the typical ace hospitality type gesture and humbleness which we get in big hotels or in hotels in hill stations. Conclusion- You may stay here if you want to.

This is a good hotel but there are no facilities in the rooms. The infrastructure of the hotel should also be improved. This hotel looks very old from outside as well as from inside

Had a great experience staying here. The staff is very well-behaved and professional. The bathrooms and toilets are spotless, which is always a big plus. Everything else about the place was also excellent. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Hotel Diya is not Good for Working Peoples (Specially Marketing Peoples).The Reception Persons is very rude and Room Tariff is also too high according to Rooms.

Manager/ Receptionist behaviour is not Good. He is Oversmart and thik other is fool.

Only hotel in Arariya which is quite decent. Food is good , room is good.
